R 3. Fault Confirmation

R A. Test
R (1) Do the functional test of the brake accumulator system (Ref. AMM TASK R 32-44-00-720-002).
R 4. Fault Isolation

R A. If the test confirms the fault:

R (1) Do a check for leakage of the parking brake control valve (102GG):
R - on the Yellow brake-system relief-valve (3067GM) operate the manual
R depressurization pushbutton to release the accumulator pressure.
R - on the Yellow hydraulic system, depressurize the hydraulic
R reservoir (Ref. AMM 29140061400100).
R - on the accumulator pressure gage (2585GM) make sure that nitrogen
R pressure is correct (Ref. AMM 32441120000100).
R - on the YELLOW ALT BRAKE SELECTOR VALVE MANIFOLD (3016GM) at port F
R (at the T level and on the parking brake control valve 102GG side),
R disconnect the hydraulic line from the parking brake control valve
R (102GG).
R - install a plug on the T fitting.
R - on the parking brake selector valve (102GG) at port B (return
R line), at the T level, disconnect the hydraulic line between the
R parking brake control valve (102GG) and the T fitting.
R - install a plug on the T fitting.
R - on the Yellow hydraulic sytem, pressurize the hydraulic reservoir
R (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
R - use the Yellow electric pump to pressurize the Yellow brake
R accumulator (2582GM) to 206 bars (2988psi) and stop the pump.
R - do a check for hydraulic leakage of the parking brake control valve
R (102GG).

R (a) If the leakage is more than 1 cm3/min:
R - replace the CTL VALVE-PARK BRK, ELEC (102GG) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-R 45-51-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-45-51-400-001).

R (b) If leakage is in the permitted tolerances:
R - operate the manual depressurization pushbutton of the
R relief-valve (3067GM) to release the accumulator pressure.
R - remove the plug on the T fitting.
R - connect the line on the T fitting.

R (2) On the Yellow hydraulic system, pressurize the hydraulic reservoir
R (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
R - use the Yellow electric pump to pressurize the Yellow brake
R accumulator (2582GM) to 206 bars (2988 psi) and stop the pump.

R (3) If the fault continues:
R - operate the manual depressurization pushbutton of the relief-valve
R (3067GM) to release the accumulator pressure. on the Yellow
R hydraulic system, depressurize the hydraulic reservoir (Ref. AMM
R TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
R - replace the SEL VALVE-ALTN BRK (99GG) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-51-000-R 001) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-43-51-400-001).

R (4) On the Yellow hydraulic system, pressurize the hydraulic reservoir
R (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
R - use the Yellow electric pump to pressurize the Yellow brake
R accumulator (2582GM) to 206 bars (2988 psi) and stop the pump.

R (5) If the fault continues:
R - operate the manual depressurization pushbutton of the relief-valve
R (3067GM) to release the accumulator pressure.
R - on the Yellow hydraulic system, depressurize the hydraulic
R reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
R - replace the BRAKE RELIEF VALVE (3067GM) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-15-R 000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-15-400-001).

R (6) On the Yellow hydraulic system, pressurize the hydraulic reservoir
R (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
R - use the Yellow electric pump to pressurize the Yellow brake
R accumulator (2582GM) to 206 bars (2988 psi) and stop the pump.

R (7) If the fault continues, do a check of the Yellow brake accumulator
R (2582GM):
R - operate the manual depressurization pushbutton of the relief-valve
R (3067GM) to release the accumulator pressure.
R - on the Yellow hydraulic system, depressurize the hydraulic
R reservoir (Ref. AMM TASK 29-14-00-614-001).
R - on the brake accumulator (2582GM) release the nitrogen pressure.
R - remove the ACCU-BRK YELLOW PRESS (2582GM) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-44-11-R 000-001).
R - in the accumulator, on the nitrogen side, do a check for hydraulic
R fluid (Ref. CMM 324411).

R (a) If there is hydraulic fluid:
R - replace the ACCU-BRK YELLOW PRESS (2582GM) .

R (b) If there is no hydraulic fluid:
R - replace the CHECK VALVE-BRK SYS, Y (3058GM).
R - install the Yellow brake accumulator (2582GM) (Ref. AMM TASK
R 32-44-11-400-001).
R - inflate the accumulator with nitrogen (Ref. AMM TASK 12-14-32-R 614-002).
R - On the Yellow hydraulic system, pressurize the hydraulic
