Set the mode selector switch to AC MAN.

Set the toggle switch for the outflow valve to CLOSE and then to OPEN.

Make sure the voltage at test pin K or test jack 10 is less than 2 volts dc.
(f)
Set the mode selector switch to STBY.
(g)
Make sure the voltage at test pin K or test jack 10 is is 20 to 31 volts dc.
(h)
Set the mode selector switch to DC MAN.
(i)
Make sure the voltage at test pin K or test jack 10 is 20 to 31 volts dc.

(11) Do this test of the voltage (test pin L or test jack 11) of the DC actuator clutch:
(a)
Set the mode selector switch to AUTO and then to AC MAN.
(b)
Make sure the voltage at test pin L or test jack 11 is less than 2 volts dc.
(c)
Set the mode selector switch to STBY and then to DC MAN.
(d)
Make sure that the voltage at test pin L or test jack 11 is 20 to 31 volts DC.

(12) Do this test of the winding (test pin M or test jack 12) of the AC actuator motor:
(a)
Set the mode selector switch to AUTO.
(b)
Set the FLT-GRD switch to GRD.
(c)
Make sure the aft outflow valve is fully open.
(d)
Set the FLT-GRD switch to FLT.
NOTE: The outflow valve will close after 15 seconds.

(e)
Measure the AC voltage at test pin M or test jack 12 as the outflow valve closes.
(f)
Make sure the voltage at test pin M or test jack 12 is a minimum of 10 volts ac as the outflow valves moves from fully open to fully closed.
(g)
Set the mode selector switch to AC MAN.
(h)
Set the toggle switch for the outflow valve to OPEN.
(i)
Make sure the voltage at test pin M is 16 to 32 volts ac or at test jack 12 is less than 2 volts ac as the outflow valve opens.
(j)
Set the toggle switch for the outflow valve to CLOSE.

(13) Do this test of the DC voltage (test pin P or test jack 14) of the standby system scheduling or the DC voltage (test pin R or test jack 15) of the automatic system scheduling:
CAUTION: SET THE VOLTMETER TO MEASURE DC VOLTAGE BEFORE YOU CONNECT
_______ THE VOLTMETER TO THE TEST PINS. YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PRESSURE CONTROLLER IF YOU DO NOT OBEY.
(a)
Measure the DC voltage at test pin P or test jack 14.
(b)
Write the voltage measured at test pin P or test jack 14 to make sure you can subsequently refer to it.
(c)
Measure the voltage at test pin R or test jack 15.
(d)
Write the voltage measured at test pin R or test jack 15 to make sure you can subsequently refer to it.
NOTE: The difference between the voltages at test pins P
____ and R must be no more than 0.5 volt dc. The difference between the voltages at test jacks 14 and 15 must be no more than 0.5 volt dc.
