 Put the condensor (22) in position and install the support rods (72B) and (73).

 Install the bushings (31), (where fitted the washers (30)), the bolts (29), the washers (33) and the nuts (34).

 Install the clamp (20).

 Make sure that the clamp (20) is in the correct position.

 (11)
 TORQUE the clamp (20) to between 0.51 and 0.56 m.daN (45.13 and 49.55 lbf.in).

 (12)
 Move the sleeve (14) in position over the packings (16) and install the half clamps (13) and the clamp (15).

 (13)
 TORQUE the clamp (15) to between 0.28 and 0.38 m.daN (24.77 and 33.62 lbf.in) and safety with annealed stainless-steel lockwire, diameter

 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.) MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-009).

 (14)
 Move the sleeve (10) in position on the condensor (22).

 (15)
 Put the retaining cables (11) in position and install the new washers

 (7) and the new nuts (6).
 NOTE : Hold the hexagon part of the retaining cables (11) to prevent

____ twisting of the cables when you install the nuts (6).
 (16) TORQUE the nuts (6) to between 0.85 and 1.0 m.daN (75.22 and 88.49 lbf.in) and wipe clean the excess COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-012) from the retaining cables (11).
 NOTE : Hold the hexagon part of the retaining cables (11) to prevent
____ twisting of the cables when you torque the nuts (6). Make sure that there is no tension in the cables (11). This will give a safe and flexible connection.

 Put the sleeve (23) in position on the condensor (22) and install the clamp (24).

 (18)
 Make sure that the clamp (24) is in the correct position.

 (19)
 TORQUE the clamp (24) to 0.28 m.daN (24.77 lbf.in).

 Connect the sense lines (3), (8), and (18).

 (21) TORQUE the sense lines (3), (8), and (18) to between 0.9 and 0.915

R  the material and seperation of the material from the wire 
R  reinforcement. 
R  If necessary replace the sleeve (Ref. TASK 21-52-43-000-001) and 
R  (Ref. TASK 21-52-43-400-001): 
R  for the condensor 10HM2, 
R  - sleeve (20). 
R  for the condensor 11HM2, 
R  - sleeve (20). 
R  (1) Prepare the attachment components for installation, 
R  (a) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area. 
R  (b) Apply a small quantity of: 
R  - COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-007) 
R  or 
R  - LUBRICANTS (Material No. 06-007) 
R  to the new packing (14) and packing (18), and to the new seal
 (7) 
R  before you install them. 
R  NOTE : The material 04-007 is a molybdenum disulfide powder.____ 
R  Before you can apply it you must first make it into a 
R  paste. To do this you must mix the powder with pure water 
R  or white spirit. 
R  NOTE : The material 06-007 is applied dry.____
