Data fields
 -Title - when the page is accessed, the title is POSITION MONITOR. When data are frozen, the title changes to POSITION FROZEN AT followed by the time at which the pilot has frozen the display.
 -1L - 1R - Latitude and longitude of FMGC 1 is displayed. Under LAT/LONG is displayed the FMGC 1 navigation mode. The modes are: . 3 IRS/GPS/LOC . 3 IRS/GPS . 3 IRS/DME/LOC . 3 IRS/DME/DME . 3 IRS/VOR/LOC . 3 IRS/VOR/DME . 3 IRS/LOC . 3 IRS . 1 IRS/GPS/LOC . 1 IRS/GPS . 1 IRS/DME/LOC . 1 IRS/DME/DME . 1 IRS/VOR/LOC . 1 IRS/VOR/DME . 1 IRS/LOC . 1 IRS
 -2L - 2R - same information as in 1L - 1R related to FMGC 2.
 -3L - 3R - If a radio mode is selected, the radio position in LAT/LONG is displayed. If GPS/INERTIAL mode (with or without LOC updating) is selected, the selected hybrid GPIRS or autonomous GPS position (depending on OPC selection) is displayed with same format as radio position:
 -GP(IR)S is displayed in line 3L, if hybrid is selected in OPC,
 -GPS is displayed in line 3L, if autonomous is selected in OPC.
 -4L - 4R - MIX IRS position in green large font. If one IR position gets invalid (ATT or failure), the mixed IR position is the position of one of the 2 remaining IRs following priority order: . IR OWN . IR 3 . IR OPP
 -5L - 5R - Displays IR mode and the deviation (in nautical miles) between each IR and the onside FMGC. The possible IR modes are: INVAL, ALIGN, NAV or ATT. Deviation is displayed in the range 00.0 - 99.9 NM if the IR is in NAV mode. Otherwise the deviation field is blank.

 -6L - FREEZE/UNFREEZE - this cyan prompt allows the crew to freeze or unfreeze all information displayed on the page.
 -6R - SEL NAVAIDS - allows access to SELECTED NAVAIDS page.
 (b) SELECTED NAVAIDS page (Ref. Fig. 003) The SELECTED NAVAIDS page displays the navaids currently used by the onside system for navigation purpose.
 1 Access
_ LS key on POSITION MONITOR page.
 2 Purpose
_ Lists the navaids being tuned by the onside FMGC.
 3 Data fields
_
 -1L - navaid tuned for display. The ident is displayed. Above ident is displayed the class of the tuned navaid. The frequency of the navaid is displayed. Above it, is displayed the tuning mode, i.e. either AUTO or MAN or RMP. The ident field shows dashes and the class in label is blank in case of MAN or RMP tuning if the frequency search in data base is successless.
 -2L - 3L - navaids tuned for navigation purpose. Frequency and class are displayed in the same manner as above. In RMP tuning, fields are blank. Fields 2L and 3L are used to display the navaids used for DME/DME radio position computations. Field 2L is used to display the navaid used for VOR/DME radio position computations.
 NOTE : In VOR/DME mode, field 2L is identical to field 1L.

R - 4L - if an ILS (or an MLS) is tuned, its ident and frequency R (or channel) are displayed here. The class and tuning mode R are also displayed (same as 1L).
 -Pressing an LS key adjacent to 1L, 2L, 3L or 4L, calls the NAVAID displaying the information associated to the corresponding NAVAID page with a RETURN in 6R to allow a return on SELECTED NAVAIDS page.
 -6L - RETURN - allows the display to return on POSITION MONITOR page.
 -1R - DESELECT - The pilot may deselect up to 6 navaids by entering ident. Deselection results in that navaid not being tuned or used for navigation by the FMGC during the whole flight.
 -5L - DESELECT/SELECT GPS

 The pilot may deselect the GPS and re-select it. This prompt
 is only displayed if GPS is installed (detection via OPC
 software option).
 The deselection of GPS inhibits use of:

 -hybrid GPIRS inputs when OPC "GPS configuration" is hybrid,
 -autonomous GPS inputs when OPC "GPS configuration" is autonomous in navigation algorithms, until pilot reselects it (or until DONE phase).

 (c) GPS Monitor page (Ref. Fig. 004) The access on this page is only provided if GPS is fitted.
