(12.7 mm) (not more than 3 times the tube O.D.). The contour change cannot be more than 0.05 in. (1.27 mm) (20 percent of tube O.D.).
Maximun depth cannot be more than 0.002 in. (0.0508 mm) (not more than 10 percent of wall thickness).
Damage is permitted if the threads that are good are not reduced by more than one thread.
Damaged is permitted if the damaged end-fittings can keep the correct torque value.
If the damage is more than the allowable limits, replace the tube assembly (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-400-006).
If the flat areas are more than the allowable limits, replace the tube assembly (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-400-006).
If the damage is more than the allowable limits, replace the tube assembly (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-400-006).
If the damage is more than the allowable limits, replace the tube assembly (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-400-006).
If the end-fittings cannot keep the correct torque value, replace the tube assembly (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 29-11-49-400-006).
