 C. Installation of the Green Engine Pump
 (1)
 Put the pump (35) in position on the gearbox mount pad with the nuts

 (50) through the large holes in the pump flange.

 (2)
 Turn the pump (35) counterclockwise until it touches the studs.

 (3)
 TORQUE the nuts (50) to between 260 and 320 lbf.in (2.93 and 3.61 m.daN).

 (4)
 Remove the blanking covers from the hose couplings. CAUTION : BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU INSTALL/CONNECT PARTS ON THE PUMP TO

_______ MAKE SURE THAT THE HYDRAULIC FLUID DOES NOT FLOW OUT. THE PUMP IS FULL OF HYDRAULIC FLUID.
R (5) Connect the case drain hose (20) to the union (25).

R R  (6) TORQUE the case drain hose coupling nut to between 270 and 300 lbf.in (3.05 and 3.39 m.daN). 
R R  NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the union (25) when you torque the____ case drain hose coupling nut. 
R R  (7) Connect the suction hose adapter (70) to the union (15) in the pump (35) suction port. 
R  (8) Connect the suction hose (10) to the adapter (70). 
R R  (9) TORQUE the coupling nut of the suction hose (10) to the adapter (70) to between 800 and 900 lbf.in (9.04 and 10.17 m.daN). 
R  (10) TORQUE the coupling nut of the adapter (70) to the union (15) to between 800 and 900 lbf.in (9.04 and 10.17 m.daN). 
R R  NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the union (15) when you torque the____ hose adapter (70) coupling nut. 
R  (11) Connect the pressure hose (5) to the reducer (65). 
R R  (12) TORQUE the hose (5) coupling nut to between 900 and 1000 lbf.in (10.17 and 11.30 m.daN).
 NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the union/reducer (65) when you____ torque the hose coupling nut. 
R  (13) Remove the protective cover from the electrical connector (1030GK-A). 
R R  (14) Connect the electrical connector (1030GK-A) to the pump (35) and tighten it by hand plus one-eighth turn.

 D. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1701GK, 1702GK.

 E. Bleeding (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 29-11-51-991-903)
 (1) Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).

 On the ECAM control panel, push the HYD key:
 - on the SD, the HYD page comes into view.

 (3)
 On the panel 20VU:

 -lift the guard and release the ENG1/FIRE, ENG2/FIRE pushbutton switches.

 (4)
 On the SD:

 -make sure that the fire shut-off valves are closed.

 (5)
 Disconnect the hose of the Green engine pump case drain filter (1084GM) and put the open end in a clean container.

 (6)
 Pressurize the related hydraulic reservoir (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

 (7)
 Lift the guard and push the fire handle (the fire valves open) until hydraulic fluid without air flows out from the hose into the container. Pull the fire handle (the fire valves close) when bleeding is completed.

 NOTE : If necessary, do the steps 4.E.(3), 4.E.(4) and 4.E.(6) again
____ or continuously pressurize the related reservoir.
 (8)
 Connect the hose to the filter and tighten it.

 (9)
 TORQUE the hose of the filter to between 215 and 280 lbf.in (2.42 and

 3.16 m.daN).

 Push the fire handle (the fire handle valves open). Subtask 29-11-51-710-057

 F.
 Operational test of the Fire Shut-Off Valve.

 (1)
 Do the operational test of the fire shut-off valve. (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-710-001)

 (2)
 Examine the hydraulic connections of the fire shut-off valve for leaks.

 NOTE : leaks are not permitted.
