With the dummy weight installed, turn the torsion rod bolt (at the other end of the torsion rod opposite to the detent arm/torsion rod connection) until you get a clearance of 0.1 inch (2.54 mm) between the stop and the lower edge inside the slot of the detent arm.

 0.00 to 0.06 inch is measured at a point 0.75 to 1.00 inch from the inboard and outboard end of the slats. 1) If you cannot get a clearance of 0.00 to 0.06 inch at the
 slat ends, adjust as follows:
