 a)  Use a torque wrench to find the internal stops

 b)  Manually turn the hook actuator two turns
 counterclockwise.
 3)  Adjust the midspan latch fittings to get 0.002-inch
 clearance between the midspan latch pins and cams, if it is
 necessary.
 (d)  Close the door and set the latches in rigged closed position.

Close and latch the door.

 (b)  
Make sure the flushness between the door skin and the body skin is correct (Fig. 406).

Adjust the hook pin fittings as it is necessary to get the correct flushness ("Adjust hook pin fittings").

 (d)  
Adjust the switch in bracket and turn the adjustment bolt until the switch plunger touches its bottom.

 (e)  
Turn the adjustment bolt 3.0 |1/8 turns in the opposite direction to get 0.125 inch between the adjustment bolt and the switch plunger in the bottom position.

 Make sure the pressure relief door opens under a 12- to 16-pound force applied at the center of the door, 1 inch from the top.

 (1)  Install the upper lining with the necessary fasteners.
 NOTE: Use countersunk screws with skin washers on the top
____ edge of door liner to prevent damage to adjacent structure.

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure contains these tasks:
 (1)  
a task to examine the cargo door fittings and hinges.

 (2)  
a task to inspect the forward/aft cargo door hinge mechanism.

 (3)  
a task to inspect the lift mechanism.

 B.  
The task to inspect the forward/aft cargo door hinge mechanism is included in the task to examine the door fittings and hinges. Thus, if you do the task to examine the door fittings and hinges, then it is not necessary to do the task to inspect the forward/aft cargo door hinge mechanism.

 C.  
To examine the parts:

 (1)  
Remove the part

 (2)
