Install the Spacers (03-090), the Spacers (03-100), the Washers (03-120) and the Screws (03-110).

If necessary, install the Capacitor (03-030) to the Plate (03-050). Lightly apply a light coating of bonding compound (M05B) LOCTITE AS310 SILICOMET between the Insulator (03-035) and the Plate (03-050).

(m)
Install the Plate (03-050), the Washers (03-080) and the Screws (03-060) (with no locking compound), (03-070) with locking compound (M14A) LOCTITE 222.

(n)
If necessary, obey the procedure that follows to connect the wiring:

1  Set natural sleeves PTFE AWG12 NAT onto the wires to be connected to the Connector.
2  Carefully solder wiring to the Connector (03-010), the Capacitor (03-030), the Potentiometer (03-570), the Switches (03-140), (03-180), the Stud (03-040) and the Lug (03-020) (refer to Page Block 2001).
NOTE: Use high temperature class 5 A grade 3 solder only for wire type 2619. 3 Carefully apply varnish to the solder joints between the pin connector end the wiring
connector. 4 Carefully move the natural sleeves PTFE AWG12 NAT onto the pin connector. 5 Install braids to attach the wiring.

(7) Assembly of the Clutch Assembly (02-190)
(a) Apply grease (M26C) AEROSHELL 7 to the cogs of Gear (02-250) and of the Gear (02-270).
(b) Install to the Gear (02-270):
-the Disc (02-260)
-the Gear (02-250)
-the Disc (02-320)
-the Guide (02-240) with the Pin (02-200)
-the Washers (02-220) and (02-230)
(c) Set the Nut into contact with the Washer (02-220).
(d) Set the Clutch Assembly in the Torque Limiter 09P1241 (Ref. to Fig. 7005).
(e) Tighten the Nut (02-210) to get the Clutch Assembly set with a value: 
-for version A, B and C: between 1,9 N.m and 2,0 N.m (16.816 lbf.in and 17.701 lbf.in)
-for version D and E: between 1,4 N.m and 1,5 N.m ( 12.391 lbf.in and 13.276 lbf.in)
