Coca Cola is the most valued brand in the world. During a renovation
process in 2002, Coca Cola renovated their heating and cooling
system. More specifically, Danfoss ASV-Q valves have been used in
each riser of the installation to ensure a stable comfort in each office
where chilled beams are installed.

In 2003-2004, five cities in Romania were the recipients of the Phare
project no. 115388/D/S/RO. Danfoss supplied 3,000 ASV valves and
60,000 thermostatic radiator valves to district heating companies
and local authorities from Bucharest, Ploieşti, Făgăraş, Olteniţa and
Paşcani. This is so far the biggest project of this type in Romania.

The North Star was awarded as the “Best Architectural Design
2005” by Golden Diploma. Automatic balancing valves were
installed on a 2-pipe heating system on each riser.

Five Elements is located in one of the most beautiful parts of
St. Petersburg. Location together with premium construction
materials allows Five Elements to be promoted as a “5 star”
multi-family house. Danfoss was chosen as a partner thanks to
our range and concept of automatic balancing valves and due to
the customers previous experience with Danfoss. The automatic
balancing valves were installed on a 2-pipe heating system.

Project: Vanke Crystal City
Application: ASV valves for Heating
Vanke Crystal City has been developed by the biggest real estate
company in China – Vanke. The city – located in south of Tianjin –
is a high level residential buildings area and covers an area of more
than 400,000 m2 , which includes garden apartments, townhouses
and villas. From a design point of view the city is a combination of
European small town and Tianjin typical living style. Danfoss has
supplied a wide range of products such as radiator thermostats
and automatic balancing valves for the Vanke Crystal City.

Project: The Konstantinovsky Palace (Palace of Congress)
Application: ASV for Heating and Cooling
This beautiful palace and the surrounding park area date back
to 1715. At the beginning of the 20th century, in its heyday,
Konstantinovsky Palace was considered as one of the most
magnificent buildings in St. Petersburg. Sadly during the Soviet
period maintenance was neglected and the palace slowly
decayed. Fortunately, in 2001, a renovation of the palace began.
Since then Danfoss has been a supplier of products for both
heating and cooling systems in the palace.

Location: Prague – Czech Republic
Project: Prague Castle
Application: ASV for Heating
Around the year 850 the first brick, which were to become Prague
Castle, were laid. Today, the castle is perhaps one of the most
beautiful sites to see in Prague. During a renovation process in the
late 90’s Danfoss supplied radiator thermostats together with automatic
balancing valves for the heating system in order to minimize
energy costs.

Project: Kopparstaden 1993 (Cooperative housing society)
Application: ASV valves for Heating
With energy savings as the primary driving force, Kopparstanden
decided to connect to the local district heating system and at the
same time renovate the heating system. Danfoss automatic balancing
valves have been installed and have been operating flawlessly
since 1993. The payback time was less than 3 years and the housing
society has saved more than 3.3 million Euro on it heating bill since
the installation.
