 A. Job Set-Up On the RMP 1, RMP 2 and RMP 3, make sure that the ON/OFF switches are at ON.
 B. Test Do the BITE test of the Radio Management (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-00-740-001).
 NOTE : Do this test for the RMP 1, RMP 2 and RMP 3.

 B. If the tests give these three maintenance messages
 RMP 1 : NO DATA FROM RMP 3
 RMP 2 : NO DATA FROM RMP 3
 RMP 3 : NO DATA FROM RMP 3

 - do a check of the circuit breaker (2RG3) status.
 (1) If the circuit breaker is closed:
 - do a check for 28VDC at pin A/N of the RMP 3 (1RG3) (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 (a) If there is 28VDC:

 - replace the RMP-COM FREQ SEL, 3 (1RG3) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).

 (b) If there is no 28VDC:

 - do a check for a ground signal at pin A/R of the RMP 3 (1RG3) (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 1 If there is no ground signal:
_
 - repair the wiring between the RMP 3 (1RG3) pin A/R and the ground terminal (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 2 If there is a ground signal:
_
 - do a check of the wiring between the RMP 3 (1RG3) pin A/N and the circuit breaker (2RG3) (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 a If there is no continuity:
_ - repair the above wiring.
 b If there is continuity:
_
 - replace the circuit breaker (2RG3).
 (2) If the circuit breaker is open:
 - close it.
 (a) If it opens again:
 - replace the RMP 3 (1RG3) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).
 1 If the fault continues:
_
 - do a check for a short to ground at the wiring between the RMP 3 (1RG3) pin A/N and the circuit breaker (2RG3) (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 a If there is a short to ground:
_ - repair the related wiring.
 b If there is no short to ground:
_
 - replace the C/B-COM NAV/RMP/3 (2RG3).

 - replace the RMP 3 (1RG3) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).

 B. If the tests give these three maintenance messages
 RMP3(1RG3)
 RMP3(1RG3)/RMP2(1RG2)
 RMP3(1RG3)/RMP1(1RG1):

 - do a check of the circuit breaker (2RG3) status.
 (1) If the circuit breaker (2RG3) is closed:
 - do a check for 28VDC at pin A/N of the RMP 3 (1RG3) (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 (a) If there is 28VDC:

 - replace the RMP-COM FREQ SEL, 3 (1RG3) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).

 (b) If there is no 28VDC:

 - do a check for a ground signal at pin A/R of the RMP 3 (1RG3) (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 1 If there is no ground signal:
_

 - do a check of the wiring between the RMP 3 (1RG3) pin A/N and the circuit breaker (2RG3) (Ref. ASM 23-13/01).
 a If there is no continuity:

 b If there is continuity:

 - replace the circuit breaker (2RG3).
 (2) If the circuit breaker (2RG3) is open:
 - close it.
 (a) If it opens again:
 - replace the RMP 3 (1RG3) (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 23-13-13-400-001).
