B.  Procedure
 S 414-029
 (1)  AIRPLANES WITH RUMBOLD OR YRC MODULAR LAVATORIES;
 Do these steps to install the timer:

 (a)  
Install the flush timer with the attach screws.

 (b)  
Connect the electrical connectors.

 (c)  
Install the toilet shroud as follows: 1) Engage the shroud with the floor pan and the support blocks.

 2)  Engage the hooks of the right collar in the backwall and push the collar in.

 3)  Install the flush handle and the face plate with the fasteners.
 S 424-054
 (2)  AIRPLANES WITHOUT THE MODULAR LAVATORIES;
 Do these steps to install the timer.

 (a)  
Put the timer on the timer panel.

 (b)  
Install the mounting nuts.

 (3)  
Connect the electrical connectors.

 (4)  
Put the timer handle on the timer shaft and install the attach screw for the timer handle.

 (5)  
In the other non modular lavatories, replace the toilet back shroud and the fasteners.

AIRPLANES WITHOUT MODULAR LAVATORIES;
 Do these steps to install the toilet back shroud:

 (a)  In the forward lavatory, replace the access panel for the toilet back shroud and the fasteners.

 (7)  In the other lavatories, replace the toilet back shroud and the fasteners.
 C.  Put the Airplane to Its Usual Condition

 (1)  
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close the applicable LAV FLUSH MOTOR circuit breaker on the P18 panel.

 (2)  
Make sure the toilet tank is filled.

 (3)  
Do a check of the timer operation as follows:

 S 214-046
 (a)  Flush the toilet and make sure the motor operates.

 FLUSH PORT NIPPLE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure has a removal and installation of the flush port nipple on the toilet service panel. There is one flush port fitting for each toilet tank and one flush port fitting for the auxilliary waste tank (if equipped).
 B.  AIRPLANES WITH AUXILIARY WASTE TANK; There is also one flush port fitting on the aft toilet service panel for the auxilliary waste tank.

 C.  Procedure
 S 014-002
 (1)  
Open the toilet service panel.

 S 614-003

 (2)  
Drain and flush the waste tanks (AMM 12-17-00/301), but do not add precharge at this time.

 (3)  
Release the lever and open the flush port cap.

 (4)
Remove the lockwire that holds the nipple to the cap structure.

 (5)  
Turn the flush port nipple counterclockwise to remove it from the flush port fitting on the airplane.
