Make sure that the clevis, clevis nut, rubber boot and one locknut and washer are removed from the clevis end of the cable assembly.

Make sure that one locknut and one washer are installed at approximately the center of the threaded section.

 (3)  S 424-076Put the lower cable assembly in its approximate position.
 (4)  S 424-078Move the clevis end of the cable assembly through the lower side of the lower mounting bracket (towards the ball valve).
 (5)  S 424-079Install the washer and locknut on the clevis end and move them to the lower mounting bracket.
 (6)  S 424-150Install the rubber boot.
 (7)  S 424-149Install the clevis nut and the clevis.
 (8)  S 824-082Turn the clevis nut and clevis until there is 15 inches between the center of hole in the clevis and the near end of the threaded section.
 (9)  S 424-083Put the service panel end of the cable assembly through the hole in the service panel.

 On the external side of the service panel, install the tabwasher, locknut and lockwire.

 Install the T-handle.

 Adjust the clevis to connect with the actuator lever when the ball valve is fully closed and the T-handle is almost fully up.
