Make sure that all studs (4), which are necessary for installation of the heat shields, are at the correct position.
(b)
Put the washers (3) with COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-012) on the related studs to keep the washers in position.
(c)
Install the heat shield (5) over the studs (4) to the LH vapor seal-membrane (1).
(d)
Install the washers (3) and the nuts (2) and tighten.
(e)
Install the heat shield (47) over the studs (4) to the RH vapor seal-membrane (46).
(f)
Install the washers (3) and the nuts (2) and tighten.
(g)
TORQUE all nuts to 0.30 m.daN (26.54 lbf.in).
(3)
Install and tighten the electrical harness at the air conditioning compartment in Zone 191/192 (FR35 to FR41).
(4)
Install the APU bleed-air ducts (123) and (124) from FR36 to FR40 to the center-tank lower surface (Ref. TASK 36-12-41-400-001).

Install the overheat detection loops A and B on the heat shields and along the APU bleed-air ducts (Ref. TASK 36-22-18-400-001).
(6)
Installation of the hot trim-air duct
(a)
Install the Packing-Preformed (107) and the Packing-Preformed (103), Packing-Preformed (203).
(b)
Put the duct (100) in the installation position.
(c)
Install the clamp (108) with the bolt (109), the washer (105) and the nut (106).
(d)
Install the clamp (102).
(e)
Install the support rods (114) with the bolts (113), the washers
(117) and the nuts (116).
(f)
Install the duct (100) to the bracket (120) with the insulation half shells (121) and the clamp (122).
(g)
Install the bonding strap (112) with the bolt (104), the washer
(111) and the nut (117).
(h) Install the bonding strap (119) with the bolt (101), the washer
(118) and the nut (117).
(7)
Install the ozone filter 100HM (101HM) (Ref. TASK 21-51-41-400-001).
(8)
Install the pack flow-control valves 8HB (11HB) to the aircraft
(Ref. TASK 21-51-51-400-001).
(9)
Install the air conditioning packs 10HM (11HM) to the aircraft
(Ref. TASK 21-52-41-400-001).
(10) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2)
Installation of the Heat Shields
(a)
Make sure that all studs (4), which are necessary for installation of the heat shields, are at the correct position.
(b)
Put the washers (3) with COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-012) on the related studs to keep the washers in position.
(c)
Install the heat shield (5) over the studs (4) to the LH vapor seal-membrane (1).
(d)
Install the washers (3) and the nuts (2) and tighten.
(e)
Install the heat shield (47) over the studs (4) to the RH vapor seal-membrane (46).
(f)
Install the washers (3) and the nuts (2) and tighten.
(g)
TORQUE all nuts to 0.30 m.daN (26.54 lbf.in).
(3)
Install and tighten the electrical harness at the air conditioning compartment in Zone 191/192 (FR35 to FR41).
(4)
Install the APU bleed-air ducts (123) and (124) from FR36 to FR40 to the center-tank lower surface (Ref. TASK 36-12-41-400-001).
(5)
Install the overheat detection loops A and B on the heat shields and along the APU bleed-air ducts (Ref. TASK 36-22-18-400-001).
