A. Remove the Pressure Regulator Valve to Interface Hose Assembly
(1)
Disconnect the hose assembly (5) from the engine tube.
(2)
Disconnect the hose assembly (5) from the bleed pressure regulator valve (60).
(3)
Put protective covers on the hose assembly (5), the engine tube and the valve (60).
(4) Remove the hose assembly (5) from the engine.

B. Remove the Flexible Metal Pneumatic Hose Assembly
(1)
Disconnect the hose assembly (10) from the engine tube.
(2)
Disconnect the hose assembly (10) from the tube assembly (25).
(3)
Put protective covers on the hose assembly (10) and the tube assembly (25).
(4) Remove the hose assembly (10) from the engine.

C. Removal of the Mid Stage Tee Duct to Pylon Interface Tube Assembly
(1)
Disconnect the hose assembly (10) from the tube assembly (25). NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the fitting on the tube assembly
____ when you loosen the coupling nut on the hose.
(2)
Remove the bolts (15) and the clamps (20) that attach the tube assembly (25) to the brackets at engine flange Sta. 221 (B9). (Two locations).
(3)
Remove the clamps (20) from the tube assembly (25).
(4)
Remove the bolt (15) and the clamp (20) that attach the tube assembly
(25) to the bracket at engine flange Sta. 215 (B8).
(5)
Remove the clamp (20) from the tube assembly (25).
(6)
Disconnect the tube assembly (25) from the union (35) on the mid stage tee duct.
NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the union when you loosen the
____
coupling nut on the tube.
(7)
If necessary, remove the union (35) from the mid stage tee duct.
(8)
Put protective covers on the tube assembly (25), the union (35), and the hose (10).
(9) Remove the tube assembly (25) from the engine. R **ON A/C 151-199, 401-499,

B. Remove the Flexible Metal Pneumatic Hose Assembly
(1)
Disconnect the hose assembly (10) from the engine tube.
(2)
Disconnect the hose assembly (10) from the tube assembly (35).
(3)
Put protective covers on the hose assembly (10) and the tube assembly
(35).
(4) Remove the hose assembly (10) from the engine. Subtask 36-11-49-020-093-A
C. Remove the Flexible Metal Pneumatic Hose Assembly NOTE : To use the CFM56-5B engine on an A320 or A321 aircraft you must do
____ Service Bulletin RA32136-5 which removes this hose assembly.
(1)
Disconnect the hose assembly (15) from the engine tube.
(2)
Disconnect the hose assembly (15) from the tube assembly (20).
(3)
Put protective covers on the hose assembly (15) and the tube assembly (20).
(4) Remove the hose assembly (15) from the engine. **ON A/C 001-049, 051-099, 101-105, 201-210,

D. Removal of the PRV to HPV Tube Assembly
NOTE : To use the CFM56-5B engine on the A319 aircraft you must do
____ Service Bulletin RA32136-3 which removes this tube assembly.
(1)
Disconnect the tube assembly (40) from the bleed pressure regulator valve (50).
(2)
Remove the bolt (15), the nut (45), and the clamp (20) that attach the tube assembly (40) to the bracket at engine flange Sta. 215 (B8).
(3)
Remove the clamp (20) from the tube assembly (40).
(4)
Disconnect the tube assembly (40) from the HP regulator valve (30).
(5)
Put protective covers on the two ends of the tube assembly (40) and the fittings on the valves (30) and (50).
(6)
Remove the tube assembly (40) from the engine.
