 TORQUE the coupling nut to the value shown on the coupling.

 Lightly hit the perimeter of the coupling with a fiber hammer, then torque the coupling nut again.

 (c)
 Do the torque procedure two times, then torque the coupling nut again.

 E. Installation of the HPV/PRV to Pylon Tube Assembly
 (1)
 Remove the protective covers from the tube assembly (20), the engine tube and the tee fitting on the hose tube assembly (45).

 (2)
 Loosely connect the hose assembly (15) to the tube assembly (20).

 Loosely connect the tube assembly (20) to the tee fitting on the hose tube assembly (45).

 (4)
 Tighten the coupling nuts on the tube assembly (20) sufficiently to hold the tube assembly in position. Do not torque the coupling nuts at this time.

 (5)
 Put the clamps (30) on the tube assembly (20). Attach the clamps (30) to the brackets on the engine flange Sta. 221 (B9) with the bolts

 (25) (three locations).

 (6)
 Make sure that the tube assembly (20) is in the correct position.

 (7)
 TORQUE the coupling nut on the hose assembly (15) to between 135 and 150 lbf.in (1.52 and 1.69 m.daN).

 NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the tube (20) when you torque the

 coupling nut on the hose.

 (8) TORQUE the coupling nut on the tube assembly (20) to between 135 and 150 lbf.in (1.52 and 1.69 m.daN).
 NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the tee fitting on the hose tube
____ assembly (45) when you torque the coupling nut on the tube.
 (9) TORQUE the bolts (25) to between 20 and 25 lbf.in (0.22 and 0.28 m.daN).

 F. Installation of the PRV to HPV Tube Assembly
 (1) Remove the protective covers from the hose tube assembly (45), the fittings on the valves (40) and (60) and the tube assembly (20).
 CAUTION : APPLY ONLY A THIN LAYER OF (CP5063) SILICON LUBRICANT TO
_______ THE THREADS OF THE HOSE TUBE ASSEMBLY COUPLING NUTS AND FITTING ON THE VALVES, AND REMOVE UNWANTED LUBRICANT. KEEP LUBRICANT FROM GOING INTO THE HOSE TUBE ASSEMBLY AND VALVES. IF TOO MUCH LUBRICANT IS USED, THEN LUBRICANT MAY CLOG THE HOSE TUBE ASSEMBLY AND ENTER THE VALVES AND DAMAGE THOSE COMPONENTS.
 (2) Lubricate the threads of the coupling nuts and the fittings with silicon lubricant (Material No. CP5063).

 Loosely connect the hose tube assembly (45) to the bleed pressure
 regulator valve (60).

 (4)
 Loosely connect the hose tube assembly (45) to the HP regulator valve (40).

 (5)
 Loosely connect the tube assembly (20) to the tee fitting on the hose tube assembly (45).

 (6)
 Tighten the coupling nuts on the hose tube assembly (45) sufficiently to hold the hose tube assembly in position. Do not torque the coupling nuts at this time.

 (7)
 Put the clamp (30) on the hose tube assembly (45). Attach the clamp

 (30) to the bracket on the engine flange Sta. 215 (B8) with the bolt (25).

 Put the clamp (30) on the hose tube assembly (45). Attach the clamp

 to the bracket on the engine flange Sta. 215 (B8) with the bolt

 and the nut (50).

 Make sure that the hose tube assembly (45) is in the correct

 (10) TORQUE the coupling nut on the tube assembly (20) to between 135 and 150 lbf.in (1.52 and 1.69 m.daN).

 (11) TORQUE the coupling nuts on the two ends of the hose tube assembly
