A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the aircraft electrical circuits are energized (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3)
On the AIR COND panel 30VU:
-make sure that the ENG 1(2) BLEED pushbutton switch is released
(the ON legend is off) R - make sure that the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is released (the ON R legend is off),
-make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to operate the pneumatic system.
(4)
On the ENG panel 115VU:
-make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to start the engine 1(2).
(5)
On the HP ground connector:
-make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to pressurize the pneumatic system.
(6)
On the ENG section of the panel 50VU:
-
make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR 1(2) pushbutton switch is off
-
make sure that the warning notice is in position to tell persons not to energize the FADEC system.
(7)
Make sure that the access platform is in position below the engine.

R A. Installation of the Bleed Regulated Pressure Transducer
R (1) Install a new Packing (7) on the coupling (5).
R (2) Connect the coupling (5) to the pressure transducer (4).
R (3) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
R (4) Remove the blanking plug from the line (6) end.
R (5) Install the pressure transducer (4) on the support (8).
R NOTE : Use a second wrench to hold the union when you
____ R disconnect/connect the pneumatic sense lines on the union.
R (6) Install the screws (3) and the washers (2) on the pressure transducer R (4) and tighten them.
R (7) Connect the electrical connector (1) to the pressure transducer (4).

(8) Connect the sense line (6) to the coupling (5) and TORQUE the nut to
141.6 lbf.in (1.60 m.daN).
(9) Safety the sense line (6) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-018). Subtask 36-11-16-865-052
B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): FOR 8HA1 2HA1, 3HA1 FOR 8HA2 2HA2, 3HA2

D. Do this test.
(1)
On the ECAM control panel, push the BLEED key (on the lower ECAM DU, the BLEED page comes into view).
(2)
Remove the warning notice from the HP ground connector.
(3)
Connect an air source to the HP ground connector.
(4)
On the AIR COND panel 30VU, set the X BLEED selector to OPEN.
(5)
Supply a stable pressure of 30 psi (2.1 bar) to the HP ground connector.
(6) On the lower ECAM DU, on the BLEED page: R - make sure that the pressure on the related engine is 30 psi (2.1 R bar)
