Set the CONTROL SWITCH to the Manual WARM position. 1) Make sure the CONTROL IND moves to the full-HOT position.

 (3)  Do a test of the pasenger cabin mix valve relays:
 (a)  
Set the R PACK switch on the P5-10 Panel to the AUTO position.

 (b)  
Set the Passenger Cabin Temp Selector switch (PASSENGER SWITCH) on the P5-17 Panel to the Manual WARM position. 1) Make sure the Passenger Cabin Air Mix Valve Position

 Indicator (PASSENGER IND) moves to the full-HOT position.

 (c)  
Set the PASSENGER SWITCH to the Manual COOL position.

 1)  Make sure the PASSENGER IND moves to the full-COOL position.

 (d)  
Set the PASSENGER SWITCH to the Manual WARM position. 1) Make sure the PASSENGER IND moves to the full-HOT position.

 (4)  Do a test of the M1148 cabin air recirculation fan relays:
 (a)  
Set the BLEED 1 switch on the P5-10 Air Conditioning Panel to ON.

 (b)  
Make sure the M1148 Cabin Air Recirculation Fan (RECIRC FAN) is ON.

 (c)  
Set the L PACK switch to the OFF position.
 1) Make sure the RECIRC FAN stops.

 (d)  
Set the L PACK switch to the AUTO position.
 1) Make sure the RECIRC FAN operates.

 (e)  
Set the R PACK switch to the OFF position.
 1) Make sure the RECIRC FAN stops.

 (f)  
Set the L PACK switch to the OFF position.

 (g)  
Install the D486 electrical connector on the V18 L PACK VALVE. 1) Make sure the CONTROL IND shows full-COLD. 2) Make sure the RECIRC FAN operates.

 (h)  
Remove the D486 electrical connector from the V18 L PACK VALVE. 1) Make sure the RECIRC FAN stops.

 (i)  
Install the D490 electrical connector on the V19 R PACK VALVE. 1) Make sure the PASSENGER IND shows full-COLD. 2) Make sure the RECIRC FAN operates.

 (j)  
Install the D486 electrical connector on the V18 L PACK VAVE.

 (5)  Do a test of the outflow valve relays:
 (a)  
Examine these items: 1) Make sure the V48 OUTFLOW VALVE is in the full-open position.

 2)  Make sure the V49 FORWARD OUTFLOW VALVE is in the full-closed position.

 (b)  
Set the RECIRC FAN switch to the OFF position.

 1)  Make sure the V49 FORWARD OUTFLOW VALVE moves to the full-open position.

Use the toggle switch on the P5-6 Pressurization Control Module to set the V48 OUTFLOW VALVE to the full-closed position. 1) Make sure the V49 FORWARD OUTFLOW VALVE moves to the

 full-closed positon as the V48 OUTFLOW VALVE positions to the full-closed position.

 (d)  
Use the toggle switch to manually set the V48 OUTFLOW VALVE to the full-open position. 1) Make sure the V49 FORWARD OUTFLOW VALVE moves to the

 full-open position.

 (6)  Do a test of the left pack flow mode relays:
 (a)  
Set the engine BLEED 1 switch to the ON position.

 (b)  
Set the flaps to the FLAPS POS 1 position.

 (c)  
Remove the D962 electrical connector from the V18 L PACK VALVE.
