NOTE:____ This page gives instructions to engage the A/T before each test step.
(c) (d) (e) (f) Push the NEXT PAGE key on the CDU.Make sure that CDU shows DISENG/WARNINGS 2/3 page.Engage the autothrottle .Make sure the two A/T warning lights flash after you disengage the A/T in each of these procedures: 1) Disengage the A/T with the MCP A/T ARM switch. 2) Make sure the captain and the first officer A/T disengage warning lights flash in one after another. 3) Engage the A/T again. 4) Disengage the A/T with the disengage switch on the No. 1 thrust lever.

(7) Interactive Tests - CTM/POR:
(a)
Push LSK 4L (<CTM/POR) on the CDU.
(b)
Make sure that CDU shows the A/T BITE TEST - INTERACTIVE -CTM/POR TEST page.
NOTE: Make sure these circuit breakers are closed if "SET
____ SQUAT TO ON GND" is shown on the CDU:
-LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS (P6 panel).
-AFC AFDS MCP DC (P18 panel).
(c)
Make sure that you do these steps:
1) Set the landing gear lever to DOWN.
2) Engage the autothrottle.
(d)
Push the LSK 6R (CONTINUE>) and make sure that CDU shows "TEST IN PROGRESS".
(e)
Make sure that "TEST IN PROGRESS" changes to "NO FAULTS" on the CDU when the test is completed without a failure.
NOTE: If test does not complete, the CDU will show TEST
____
FAILED - REPLACE A/T.
(f) Push LSK 6L (<INDEX) and make sure the CDU goes back to the A/T BITE - INTERACTIVE TEST Index page.
