Remove the four nuts, washers, and screws which hold the caster to the side rails of the restraint/caster unit.

Move the retractable restraint inboard until you can lift if out of the hole in the restraint housing.

 (1)  Lift the shear-plunger lever to retract the shear pin.
 NOTE: The shear-plunger lever is at the aft end of the

 (2)  Align the tension studs on the bottom of the restraint/caster unit with the holes in the floor fittings.

 D. Install a Caster

Put the caster in its position on the side rails of the

 E. Install a Retractable Restraint

Remove the screw on the inboard side of the retractable restraint.

Lower the inboard end of the retractable restraint into the hole in the restraint housing.
