 (4)  Push the CAUTION switch-light on the cargo control panel until it starts to flash.
 E.  Remove the Continuous Side Guide
 NOTE: For easy removal, start the removal procedure of the continuous
____ side guide in the specified sequence proceeding from the aft to the forward section of the cargo compartment.
 S 024-006
 (1)  To remove the end guide assemblies at STA 960 on both sides of the forward cargo compartment:
 (a)  
Remove the profile attachment together with the adaptor from the rail and nut assembly.

 (b)  
Remove the bolts attaching the end guide assembly to the aircraft structure.

 (c)  
Carefully disengage the end guide unit from the rail and nut assembly and the aircraft structure.

 (d)  
Remove the profile support and clamp together with the plates from the rail and nut assemblies.

 S 024-007
 (2)  To remove the continuous side guides between STA 960 and STA 660 on both sides of the forward cargo compartment, start with the furthest aft section:
 (a)  
Remove the profile supports and clamps together with the plates from the rail and nut assemblies.

 (b)  
Do the following steps in sequence: 1) Remove the bolts attaching the side guide assembly to the aircraft structure. 2) Disengage the side guide unit from the rail and nut assembly and the aircraft structure. 3) Remove the rail and nut assembly from the next side guide assembly.

 4)  Repeat these steps until the continuous side guides have been removed forward to STA 660 in the forward cargo compartment.

 (3)  To remove the continuous side guides from the left side of the forward cargo compartment opposite the doorway between STA 660 to STA 560:
 (a)  Remove the profile supports and clamps together with the plates from the rail and nut assemblies.

 (b)  Do the following steps in sequence: 1) Remove the bolts attaching the side guide assembly to the aircraft structure. 2) Disengage the side guide unit from the rail and nut assembly and the aircraft structure. 3) Remove the rail and nut assembly from the next side guide assembly.
 4)  Repeat these steps until the continuous side guides have been removed back to STA 560.

 (4)  To remove the aft entrance roller in the cargo compartment doorway:
 (a)  
Remove the cotterpins together with the washers from the shafts.

 (b)  
Remove the shafts from the bracket and housing assembly.

 (c)  
Remove the four screws attaching the housing assembly to the aircraft structure.

 (d)  
Remove the housing assembly freom the aircraft structure.

 (e)  
Remove the screws attaching the bracket to the aircraft structure.

 (f)  
Remove the bracket from the aircraft structure.

 S 024-010
 (5)  To remove the forward entrance roller in the cargo compartment doorway:
 (a)  
Remove the screws attaching the entrance roller to the aircraft structure.

 (b)  
Disengage the entrance roller unit from the guide rail and the aircraft structure.

 (c)  
Remove the guide rail from the side guide assembly installed at STA 560.

 S 024-011
 (6)  To remove the continuous side guides between STA 560 and STA 480:
 (a)  
Remove the profile supports and clamps together with the plates from the rail and nut assemblies.

 (b)
