(4) Make sure the lever height for the limit switch cam follower is 1.12-1.14 inches from the top surface of the bearing ring pad.
NOTE:____ Measure this dimension at 0.20-0.40 inch position from the end of the lever with the switch not actuated.

(5) If it is necessary, adjust the lever height as follows: (a) Loosen, but do not remove, the two switch mount nuts. (b) Increase or decrease the protrusion of the limit switch plunger if it is necessary to get the correct height. (c) Tighten the two switch mount nuts to hold the adjustment. (d) Make sure the key washer tab is in the hole of the switch holder.

(6) On the bottom of the PDU support plate, make sure the height of the cam is 1.30-1.32 inches.

(7) If it is necessary, adjust the PDU cam height as follows: (a) Remove the two nuts that hold the cam assembly to the bottom of the PDU support plate.

Remove the filler, cam and shims.
(c)
Adjust the shim thickness if it is necessary to get the correct height.
(d)
Install the shims, cam and filler to the bottom of the PDU support plate and hold them with the two nuts.

The steps that follow are for PDUs 23R and 24, install the cam ring tool, 5TE65B63076, in the PDU wheel well in the floor with the arrow at 0-degree position.

Disconnect the electrical connector plug for the limit switch and connect it to the electrical connector for the simulator test box tool, 5TE65B63076.

Turn the simulator test box POWER switch to the ON position.

Turn the simulator cam ring clockwise until the light for the limit switch S1 position comes on.
