Install the tube clamps for the cooling air tube to the bridge brackets for the HPT cooling air tube with the bolts and nuts. 1) Tighten the bolts with your hand.

 (8)  For the aft cooling air tubes, do the steps that follow:
 (a)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the tube clamps for the cooling air tube, with engine oil.

 (b)  
Install the tube clamps for the cooling air tube to the brackets on the flange N brackets with the bolts and nuts.

 NOTE: The bolt at approximately the 8 o'clock position also
____ attaches the bridge bracket for the LPT tube. The bolt at the 4 o'clock position also attacghes the tube clamp for the wire harness support tube.
 1) Tighten the bolts with your hand.

 (9)  Tighten the bolts which attach the cooling air tube to the HP TCC collector to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).

 Tighten the bolts which attach the tube clamps for the cooling air tube to the flange M brackets, bridge brackets for the HPT cooling air tube, or brackets on the flange N brackets to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5 newton-meters).

 For the lower aft cooling air tube, install the flange N bracket at approximately the 5:30 o'clock position with the steps that follow (view L):

 (a)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the bracket to the flange N, with engine oil.

 (b)  
Attach the bracket to the flange N with the bolts and nuts.

 1)  Tighten the nuts to 180-200 pound-inches (20.3-22.6 newton-meters).

 (c)  
Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the bridge bracket for the LPT tube, with engine oil.

 (d)  
Attach the bridge bracket for the LPT tube to the flange N bracket with the bolts and nuts. 1) Tighten the bolts to 36-40 pound-inches (4.1-4.5

 newton-meters).

 (e)  
Install the support bracket for the support tube of the fire detector element to the flange N bracket with the bolts, washers, and nuts. 1) Tighten the bolts.

 For the lower aft cooling air tube, install the support bracket for the support tube of the fire detector element to the flange N bracket at approximately the 8 o'clock position with the steps that follow (view J):

 (a)  
Install the support bracket to the flange N bracket with the bolts and washers. 1) Tighten the bolts.

 (b)  
Attach the support bracket for the fire detector wire bundle to the support bracket with the bolts and washers. 1) Tighten the bolts.

 For the lower aft cooling air tube, install the support bracket for the support tube of the fire detector element approximately at 7 o'clock position with the steps that follow (view K):

 (a)
Attach the bracket to the flange N with the bolts and nuts.

 1)  Tighten the bolts to 180-200 pound-inches (20.3-22.6 newton-meters).
