Remove the protection caps.

Put the collector below the LPT case cooling air shutoff valve on the LPT case.

Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the collector, with engine oil.

Attach the collector to the support bracket and shutoff valve with bolts (use the longer bolt at the support link location) and nuts (section A-A).

(5) S 434-014-N00Install the clamps on the forward inboard bracket of the collector.
(6) S 644-025-N00Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the clamps, with engine oil.
(7) S 434-026-N00Attach the clamps to the bracket on the flange N with the bolts. (a) Tighten the bolts with your hand.
(8) S 434-015-N00Install the clamps on the aft collector mount.
(9) S 644-027-N00Lubricate the threads of the bolts, which attach the clamps on the aft collector mount, with engine oil.

(10) Attach the clamps to the brackets on the flange P with the bolts and nuts.
(a) Tighten the bolts with your hand.

Tighten the bolts which attach the collector to the support bracket and the shutoff valve flange to 85-95 pound-inches (9.6-10.7 newton-meters).
