1. 機場使用規定 1. AD operation regulations
a. 禁止活塞式發動機的航空器起降； a. Takeoff/landing of piston-engine aircraft are forbidden;
b. 所有技術試飛需事先申請，并在得到空
中交通管制部門批準后方可進行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and shall be made only after clearance has been obtained from
ATC.

3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 無地面人員指揮, 禁止航空器自行滑入

a. Aircraft shall not taxi into a parking stand on its own power
without guidance of a marshaller;
b. 航空器地面滑行時，若對人員、設備/設
施可能造成損壞或構成威脅時，使用牽
引車牽引；
b. If an aircraft may possibly cause injury or constitute a hazard
to personnel or equipment around while taxiing on ground
surface, a tow tractor shall be used;
c. 航空器滑進4 號、5 號和6 號停機位需
由地面人員指揮，滑出需由牽引車推出
停機位后方可開車；
c. Aircraft taxiing into parking stands 4, 5 and 6 shall follow the
guidance of a marshaller; aircraft shall not start up until being
pushed out of parking stands by tow tractors;
d. 航空器禁止在牽引過程中開車； d. Engine start-up is forbidden while towing is in progress
e. 發動機試車，需經地面管制許可，并在
指定的地點進行。嚴禁在廊橋附近、客
機坪上和滑行道上試大車。
e. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
may only be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine
run-ups near boarding bridges, on apron or taxiways are
strictly forbidden.

1. 總則 1. General
除經塔臺特殊許可外，在塔臺管制區內的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規則進行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道西側進行，A、B 類航空
器高度300 米，C、D 類航空器高度500 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the west of RWY, at the altitude of
300m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 500m for aircraft CAT C/D.
3. 塔臺管制區內的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴格按照航圖中公布的進、離場程序飛
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管制部門
指定的航路、導航臺或定位點上空等待或做機
動飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
provisions published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over an NDB or over a
fix designated by ATC.
