1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺(tái)特殊許可外，在塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線通常在跑道北側(cè)，A、B 類(lèi)航空
器高度800 米，C、D 類(lèi)航空器高度1000 米;
經(jīng)空中交通管制部門(mén)許可，可在跑道南側(cè)進(jìn)
行。
Traffic circuits shall be normally made to the north of RWY, at the
altitude of 800m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 1000m for aircraft CAT
C/D. Traffic circuits to the south of RWY are subject to ATC
clearance.
3. 塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴(yán)格按照航圖中公布的進(jìn)、離場(chǎng)程序飛
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管制部門(mén)

Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if

facility or a fix designated by ATC.

全年有鳥(niǎo)類(lèi)活動(dòng)，主要集中在夏秋季節(jié)，
活動(dòng)區(qū)域集中在跑道以北及跑道兩側(cè)。機(jī)場(chǎng)當(dāng)
局采取了多種驅(qū)鳥(niǎo)措施，以減少鳥(niǎo)群活動(dòng)。
主要鳥(niǎo)害：航空器起降過(guò)程中偶有鳥(niǎo)擊現(xiàn)
象發(fā)生。
Activities of bird flocks take place all the year round, and they
concentrate mainly to the north and on both sides of RWY during
summer and autumn. Aerodrome Authority resorts to dispersal
methods to reduce bird activities.
Main bird hazards: Bird strikes occur occasionally in the process of
takeoff/landing of aircraft.
