 Put the end of the trunnion shaft (62) in the fork of the mounting bearing (61).

 Install the bolt (60), the washer (63) and the nut (64), do not tighten the nut (64) at this time.

 Put the electrical cables in position and install the screws (3) with the washers (2) and the p-clips (1).

 Remove the blanking caps from the ports (41),(49) and the pipe ends.

 Make sure that the hydraulic line end-fittings are serviceable.

 Apply HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the threads of the line end-fittings.

 Attach the union nut (40) and the pipe to the port (41), do not tighten the union nut (40) at this time.

 Attach the union nut (48) and the pipe to the port (49), do not tighten the union nut (48) at this time.

 Align the trunnion (47) with the hole for the support bearing (52).

 Put the support bearing (52) through the hole in the structure (51) and onto the trunnion shaft (47).

 CAUTION : DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MICROSWITCHES AT THE TOP OF THE
_______ LEG ASSEMBLY.

 TORQUE the union nut (40) to between 12.9 and 14.2 m.daN (95.13 and

 104.71 lbf.ft).

 TORQUE the union nut (48) to between 9.7 and 10.7 m.daN (71.53 and

 78.90 lbf.ft).

 Attach the support bearing (52) with the bolts (54), the washers (53) and the nuts (50).

 Tighten the nut (64) and safety it with the new cotter pin (65).

 Install the washer (45), the bonding jumper (46) and the nut (44) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).

 Install the swivel pin (22) with the shim washer (70).

 Put the bushes (19) and (21) in the swivel pin (22).

 Put the bushes (27) in the distance fork (29).

 Install the distance fork (29) on the swivel pin (22).

 Put the door links (20) and (28) in the swivel pin (22) and the distance fork (29).

 Install the bolt (23), the washers (18) and the nut (17).

 Install the bolt (30), the washers (26) and nut (25).

 Make sure that the gap 'X' between the distance washer (70) and the leg assembly (12) is 0.2 mm (0.0078 in.) to 0.3 mm (0.0118 in.).

 (a) If necessary, adjust the gap 'X':
 1_ Remove the nuts (17), (25), the washers (18), (26) and the
 bolts (23), (30).
 2_ Disconnect the door links (20), (28) from the swivel pin (22)
 and the distance fork (29).

 3_ Remove the distance fork (29), the swivel pin (22) and the
 shim washer (70).
 4_ Add or remove foils of the shim washer (70) to adjust the gap
 'X'.
 5_ Install the swivel pin (22) with the shim washer (70) and the
 distance fork (29).
 6_ Put the door links (20), (28) in the swivel pin (22) and the
 distance fork (29).
 7_ Install the bolt (23), the washers (18) and the nut (17).
 8_ Install the bolt (30), the washers (26) and the nut (25).

 (25)
 Safety the nut (25) with the new cotter pin (24) and the nut (17) with the new cotter pin (16).

 (26)
 Put the eye-end of the piston rod (13) in position on the leg assembly (12).

 (27)
 Install the bolt (10), the washers (11) and the nut (15).

 (28)
 Torque the nut (15) to between 2.45 and 2.55 m.daN (18.06 and 18.80 lbf.ft).

 Install the clip (4) to the structure.

 (30)
 Install the p-clip (1), the washer (2) and the bolt (3).

 (31)
 Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (42),(43) and the receptacles.

 (32)
 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
