TORQUE the union nut (17) to between 2.9 and 3.2 m.daN (21.38 and

TORQUE the union nut (18) to between 2.0 and 2.3 m.daN (14.74 and

Safety the union nuts (17) and (18) with the lockwire 0.4 mm (0.015 in.).

Put the eyebolt of the ejection jack (10) in position on the leg assembly (11).

Install the bolt (14), the washers (12) and the nut (13).

TORQUE the nut (13) to between 2.45 and 2.55 m.daN (18.06 and 18.80 lbf.ft).

Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (7),(8),(9) and the receptacles.

C. Leak Test of the Hydraulic Connections
(1) Make sure that the fluid level in the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001) or (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-002).

Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-003).
(4)
Examine the hydraulic connections of the ejection jack and make sure that there are no leaks.
(5)
Remove the access platform.
(6)
Remove the container from below the hydraulic connections. Subtask 29-22-53-820-051

Install the sidewall panel (Ref. TASK 29-22-51-400-001).

Close the access door 197EB.
(5)
Close the left main gear main door (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
