 CAUTION : YOU MUST INSTALL HYDRAULIC TUBES WITH HYDRAULIC FLUID AS

____ and that there is sufficient space between them. Do not fully tighten the unions and nuts before all of the hydraulic hoses and pipes are connected.

 Remove the blanking plugs from the hydraulic line ends.

 Apply HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003) to the threads of the
 line end-fittings.

 Remove the blanking caps from the ports of the jack control module.

 Put the jack control module (4) in position.

 (5)
 Install the bolts (11), the washers (10) and the nuts (5).

 (6)
 Attach the union nut (14) of the T-fitting to the LP port (3).

 (7)
 Attach the union nuts (2) and (15) to the T-fitting (1).

 (8)
 Attach the union nut (13) to the HP port (12).

 (9)
 Attach the union nut (7) to the retract port (9).

 Fully tighten the nuts (5).

 (11)
 TORQUE the union nut (14) to between 2.0 and 2.3 m.daN (14.74 and

 16.96 lbf.ft).

 TORQUE the union nut (2) to between 2.9 and 3.2 m.daN (21.38 and

 23.59 lbf.ft).

 TORQUE the union nut (15) to between 2.0 and 2.3 m.daN (14.74 and

 16.96 lbf.ft).

 TORQUE the union nut (13) to between 2.9 and 3.2 m.daN (21.38 and

 23.59 lbf.ft).

 TORQUE the union nut (7) to between 2.9 and 3.2 m.daN (21.38 and

 23.59 lbf.ft).

 Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connector (8) and the receptacle (6).

 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

 D. Leak Test of the Hydraulic Connections

 Make sure that the level of fluid in the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system is correct. Add fluid as necessary (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001).

 Remove the warning notice(s).

 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 (4)
 Pressurize the reservoir of the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

 Pressurize the Blue hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-863-003).

 (6)
 Examine the hydraulic connections of the jack control module and make sure that there are no leaks.

 Remove the container from below the hydraulic connections. Subtask 29-22-54-720-050

 Do the operational and the functional test of the RAT (Ref. TASK 29-22-00-720-001).
