Procedure

 S 114-011
 (1)  
Use the solvent to clean the bolts, the washers, the nuts and the bearing surfaces.

 S 224-012

 (2)  
Examine for the worn parts and the fittings for the approved worn areas (AMM 32-22-05/601).

 S 424-013

 (3)  
Connect the bellcrank to the bellcrank support fitting
 (Section A-A, Fig. 401).

 (a)  
Put the bellcrank in the support fitting and install the spacer through the bulkhead fitting.

 NOTE: Use the left side of the wheel well through the
____ electronics compartment to get access to the bulkhead.
 (b)  
Install the bolt and the washer through the bellcrank support fitting and the bellcrank with the bolt head that points aft.

 (c)  
Install the washer and the nut to the bellcrank bolt.

 (d)  
Tighten the nut to 1100 - 1200 inch-pounds.

 (4)  
Connect the door actuator rod to the clevis on the top of the bellcrank.

 (a)  
Install the washers between the actuator rod end and the clevis as shown in detail B.

 (b)  
Install the bolt with the bolt head against the ear of the clevis.

 CAUTION:_______HOLD THE BOLT WHEN YOU TIGHTEN THE NUT. IT CAN PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE CLEVIS LOCKING DEVICE. LUBRICATE THE STRUCTURAL JOINTS DURING OR AFTER THE ASSEMBLY.
 (c)  Install the washer and tighten the nut to 200-300 pound-inches.

 (5) Connect the left and the right door operator rod to the bellcrank.
 NOTE:____Do not change the left and right rods. You can install one of the two rods in the forward or aft clevis of the bellcrank.
 (a)  
Lubricate the bolt shank and the threads, and the bearing surface.

 (b)  
Install the bolt with the washers and the nut and tighten.

The procedure for the adjustment

 S 864-016
 (1)  Pressurize the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

 WARNING:_______REFER TO AMM 32-00-30/201 FOR LOCK INSTALLATION PROCEDURE. DO NOT MOVE THE DOORS TOO FAST, IT CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS. OR IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE LOCKS CORRECTLY, IT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (2)  
Make sure that all persons or equipment are clear of the doors for the main landing gear.

 (a)  
Or you install the door locks on the doors of the main landing gear (AMM 32-00-30/201).

 NOTE: The doors of the main landing gear will open and
____ close during the adjustment procedure.

 WARNING:_______DO NOT MOVE THE DOORS TOO QUICKLY. IT CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR CAUSE DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT. MAKE SURE ALL EQUIPMENT AND PERSONS ARE CLEAR OF THE DOOR AREA BEFORE YOU OPERATE THE DOORS.
 (3)  
Move the control handle of the landing gear to the DN position.

Move the release handle to the close position to close the doors (See "Ground Door Release Handle Close Operation").
