Put the left and right upper seal sections on the seal retainers and make sure the bends in the seals match the contour of seal retainers.

 (2)  S 424-036Install the left and right lower seals by sliding outward through relief notch in retainer at the door bottom centerline until the lower seal ends touch the side seals ends.
 (3)  S 424-037Move all the seals back to put the joints away from the seal retainer relief notches.
 (4)  S 424-038Cut the seal length to get the flush butt joints and splice the seals together.
 (5)  S 424-039Install the left and right upper forward corner seals with a smooth, round edge tool.
 (6)  S 424-040Install the upper forward seal in the retainer and cut the seal ends to get the flush butt joints with the forward corner seals and splice the seals together.
 (7)  S 424-041Install the upper side seals on the door by sliding forward in the retainers to touch the forward corner seals and cut seal ends to get the flush butt joints and splice the seals together.
 (8)  S 424-042Install the left and right hinge area seals on fuselage by sliding into the seal retainers.
