Make sure that a WARNING NOTICE is in position to tell persons not to pressurize the Green hydraulic system:
-in the cockpit on the hydraulic section 40VU of the overhead panel - on the ground service panel of the Green hydraulic system.

Make sure that one door of the main gear is open (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
(6)
Make sure that the ACCESS PLATFORM 2M (6 FT) is in position.
(7)
Make sure that the CONTAINER 3 L(3/4 USGAL) is in position below the location of the pressure transducer (10).

A. Preparation for Installation
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(3)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(4)
Apply the SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-002) to the threads of the bolts (3).

B. Installation of the Pressure Transducer (96GG)
(1)
Remove the blanking caps from the ports of the manifold (1) and the pressure transducer (10).
(2)
Hold the pressure transducer (10) in position on the manifold (1) and install the bolts (3) and the washers (2).
(3)
TORQUE the bolts (3) to between 0.4 and 0.5 m.daN (35.39 and 44.24 lbf.in).
(4)
Install the clamp (7) on the pressure transducer (10).
(5)
Install the bonding strap (6) with the washer (5), the bolt (4) and the nut (8) at the clamp (7) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-004).
(6)
Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (9).
(7)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(8)
Connect the electrical connector (9) to the pressure transmitter (10).
(9)
Seal the connections of the bonding strap (6) with the SEALANTS (Material No. 09-013).
(10) Apply the STRUCTURE PAINTS (Material No. 16-021) to the sealant. Subtask 32-42-22-865-052
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1GG, 2GG, 3GG, 4GG, 1701GK, 1702GK

D. Test
(1)
Bleed the normal brake system (Ref. TASK 32-42-00-870-001).
(2)
Do an operational test of the normal brake system (Ref. TASK 32-42-00-710-001).
