C. Installation of the Dual Valve
(1)
Put the dual valve (25) in position and install the washers (24) and the bolts (23).
(2)
Remove the blanking plugs from the line-end fittings.
(3)
Make sure that the hydraulic line end-fittings are serviceable.
(4)
Connect the hydraulic pipe (7) to the reducer (6) and TORQUE it to between 1.5 and 1.7 m.daN (11.06 and 12.53 lbf.ft).
(5)
Connect the elbow assemblies (1) to the dual valve (25) and TORQUE them to between 1.5 and 1.7 m.daN (11.06 and 12.53 lbf.ft).
(6)
Connect the elbow assembly (26) to the reducer (9) and TORQUE it to between 5.4 and 5.9 m.daN (39.82 and 43.51 lbf.ft).
(7)
Connect the pipe (4) to the reducer (3) and TORQUE it to between 5.4 and 5.9 m.daN (39.82 and 43.51 lbf.ft).
(8)
Connect the pipes (10) to the reducer (9) and TORQUE them to between
5.4 and 5.9 m.daN (39.82 and 43.51 lbf.ft).
(9)
Connect the Drain Hose (15)
(a)
Put the drain hose (15) in position and install the bolt (22) and the spacer (21).
(b)
Put clamp (20) in position and install the washer (19) and the nut (18).
(c)
Put the clamps (16) in position and install the bolt (17), the washer (12) and the nut (11).
(d) If removed install the plug (13) and the clamp (14). R

E. Preparation for Test
(1)
Connect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-002).
(2)
Do the Filling and bleeding of the low pressure control system of the alternate braking (Ref. TASK 32-43-00-612-001).
(3)
Bleed the high pressure-alternate brake system (Ref. TASK 32-43-00-870-002).
(4)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(5)
If necessary fill the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system to the correct level (Ref. TASK 12-12-29-611-001).

F. Test
(1)
Do the operational test of the alternate braking with anti-skid (Ref. TASK 32-43-00-710-001).
(2)
Make sure that there is no hydraulic fluid leakage from the dual valve 2577GM.

Apply corrosion protection to the bolt heads, pipe connections and the adjacent areas (Ref. TASK 51-75-13-916-002).
(2)
Remove the container.
(3)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).

(5)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other
items.
(6)
Close the right MLG door (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001).

Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
