R If the valve is not in the open R postion, make sure that there are no R leaks at the sense line from the R control solenoid (10HA1).

(1)
Disconnect the TEST SET - ENGINE BLEED SYSTEM (98D36003000000) or equivalent from the test port of the bleed pressure regulator valve.
(2)
Put the blanking plug on the test port of the bleed pressure regulator valve.
