Pressure Duct
 Assembly, look for: (Ref. Fig. 605/TASK 36-11-49-991-918)
 A. Cracks, Splits or Kinks  None permitted 
B. Wrinkles in bends  Maximum depth cannot be more than 3 percent of the duct diameter or 
0.060 inch (1.52 mm) which ever is smaller. 
C. Dents  Maximum depth cannot be more than 10 percent of the duct outside 
diameter. 
Maximum radius must be 
less than 2 times the 
wall thickness.
 Maximum of 2 dents for
 each one foot (305 mm) of duct length.
 D. Flat areas  Maximum flat area cannot 
be more than 2 times the 
duct outside diameter. 
The contour change cannot be more than 10 
percent of the duct outside diameter.
 E. Nicks, Scratches, Chafing  Maximum depth cannot be more than 10 percent of the wall thickness. 

Replace the duct(Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-004) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-004).
If wrinkles are more thanthe allowable limits,replace the duct(Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-004) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-004).
If the dents are more thanthe allowable limits,replace the duct(Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-004) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-004).
If the flat areas are morethan the allowable limits,replace the duct(Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-004) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-004).
If the damage is more thanthe allowable limits,replace the duct (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-004) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-004).

7. Examine the Pressure Regulator Valve to Interface Hose Assembly, look for: (Ref. Fig. 606/TASK 36-11-49-991-919)
 A. Broken Wire Braids
B. Cracks
C. Crimps
D. Internal blockage
E. Leakage
8. Examine the Flexible Hose Assemblies, look for: (Ref. Fig. 606/TASK 36-11-49-991-919)
Maximum of 3 broken wires per plait. No more than 6 broken wires in an assembly. No more than 6 broken wires in each one foot (305 mm) of hose. If the damage is more thanthe allowable limits,replace the hose(Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
None permitted  If cracks are found, replace the hose (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
None permitted  Replace the hose assembly (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
None permitted  If blockage is found, remove the blockage or replace the hose (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
None permitted  Replace the hose (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-006) and (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-400-006).
