(1)
Put the access platform in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2)
Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Set the LIGHT SW 11LJ to the ON position.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Oil Pump (8080KM)
(1)
Remove items from the old pump and install them to the new pump.
(a)
The pressure (1) and return (2) check valves that connect the pipes (19) and (20) with the pump assembly (8080KM) (11).
(b)
The elbow connection (4) that connects the pipe (7) with the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11).
(c)
The blanking plug (10) in the lube-pump filter upper-housing.
(2)
Remove the blanking plugs from the oil pump assembly and the disconnected line ends.
(3)
Apply a thin layer of OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the new O-rings (6).
(4)
Install the new O-rings (6) on the transfer pipe (5).
(5)
Install the transfer pipe (5) to the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11).
(6)
Apply a thin layer of OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the new O-rings (9).
(7)
Install the new O-rings (9) on the transfer pipe (8).
(8)
Install the transfer pipe (8) to the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11).
(9)
Apply a thin layer of OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the new O-ring

Install the new O-ring (3) to the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11).
(11)
Install the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11) to the APU gearbox. NOTE : Make sure that there is no clearance between the gearbox and

the oil pump assembly flange when installed.

Install the cable bracket to the upper right bolt position.
(13)
Install the washers (15) and the bolts (14) to the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11).
(14)
TORQUE the bolts (14) to between 0.56 and 0.79 m.daN (49.55 and 69.91 lbf.in).
(15)
Apply a thin layer of OILS (Material No. 03-002) to the new O-ring (16).
(16)
Install the new O-ring (16) on the pipe (17).
(17)
Install the pipe (17) to the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11) with the bolt (18).
(18)
Install the pipes (7), (19), (20) and (12) to the oil pump assembly (8080KM) (11).
(19)
TORQUE the B-nut on tube (7) to to between 2.43 and 3.16 m.daN (17.92 and 23.30 lbf.ft).
(20)
TORQUE the B-nut on tube (12) to to between 5.31 and 6.22 m.daN
(39.15 and 45.87 lbf.ft).
(21)
TORQUE the B-nut on tube (19) to to between 7.01 and 8.42 m.daN
(51.69 and 62.09 lbf.ft).
(22)
TORQUE the B-nut on tube (20) to to between 9.66 and 11.92 m.daN
(71.23 and 87.90 lbf.ft).
(23)
Install the fuel control unit (8022KM) (13) (Ref. TASK 49-32-11-400-001).

B. Do a visual check of the oil quantity. Add oil if the oil level is on or less than the ADD mark on the sight glass. (Ref. TASK 49-90-00-600-001).

C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.
