DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.

R R R (1) Clean the inspection surface with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.
(2) Make sure that the surface of the inspection area is clean and smooth.
R R (3) Do a visual check of the inspection area for damage or discontinuities.
(4) Make sure that there is no:
R R R (a) Corrosion damage: - If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200,P.Block 001) for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
R R R (b) Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps...): - If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100,P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.

A. Inspection (Ref. Fig. 628/TASK 53-11-00-991-071)
R R R (1) Do a special detailed inspection of the door FR20, left and right sides. This inspection is applicable at the double joggle area in the outer flange of the frame (at the door stops 1 and 7). Refer to the Non-destructive Testing Manual (Ref. NTM 531155,P.Block-601).
R (2) Make a report of the damage after the NDT inspection:
R R (a) Corrosion damage: - If you find damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200,P.Block 001) for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
R R R (b) Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps...): - If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100,P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.

A. Preparation of the Bolts for Installation
(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Apply a bead of SEALANTS (Material No. 09-005) around the screws (1) and the nuts (2).

R B. Installation of the Components
R (1) Install the threaded pins (HI-LITE) (1) and the nuts (2). Refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 514211,P.Block 001). (Ref. Fig. 627/TASK 53-11-00-991-044)
R (2) Install the insulation blankets (Ref. TASK 25-80-00-400-001).

C. Close Access
R R R R (1) Install the lining panels at FR20: - For the left door: 221KW, 221LW, 221MW, 221NW, 221PW, 221QW (Ref. TASK 25-23-45-400-006). - For the right door: 222KW, 222LW, 222MW, 222NW, 222PW, 222QW (Ref. TASK 25-23-45-400-007).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
R (3) Close the forward passenger/crew door 831 (841) (Ref. TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
