R (e) Fill the clearances around the edges of the access panel (1) with
R SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016).
R (2) For the access panel 575LB(675LB):
R (a) Put the access panel (5) in position.
R (b) Install the bolts (6) but do not tighten. Make sure that you can
R move the access panel (5) sufficient to adjust its position.
R (c) Set the access panel (5) so that:
R - the dimension V is 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.) + 2.3 mm (0.0905 in.)/-
R 1.5 mm (0.0590 in.) along the full length of the panel
R - the dimension X is 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.) + 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.)/-
R 1.0 mm (0.0393 in.) along the full width of the panel
R - the dimension Z is 0.0 mm (0.0000 in.) + 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.)
R along the full length of the panel seal.
R NOTE : If the dimension Z is not in limits, you must adjust the____
R position of the panel seal (Ref. TASK 57-51-37-960-001).
R (d) TORQUE tighten the bolts (6) to between 0.4 and 0.45 m.daN (35.39
R and 39.82 lbf.in).
R (e) Fill the clearances around the edges of the access panel (5) with
R SEALANTS (Material No. 09-016).
R (3) For the access panel 575MB(675MB):
R (a) Put the access panel (10) in position.
R (b) Install the bolts (11) but do not tighten. Make sure that you can
R move the access panel (10) sufficient to adjust its position.
R (c) Set the access panel (10) so that:
R - the dimension V is 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.) + 2.3 mm (0.0905 in.)/-
R 1.5 mm (0.0590 in.) along the full length of the panel
R - the dimension W is 1.2 mm (0.0472 in.) +/- 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.)
R along the full width of the panel
R - the dimension X is 4.0 mm (0.1574 in.) + 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.)/-
R 1.0 mm (0.0393 in.) along the full width of the panel
R - the dimension Z is 0.0 mm (0.0000 in.) + 0.5 mm (0.0196 in.)
R along the full length of the panel seal.
R NOTE : If the dimension Z is not in limits, you must adjust the____

R (d) TORQUE tighten the bolts (11) to between 0.4 and 0.45 m.daN
