Make sure that the measurement is 3.55 (|0.15) inches.

Do the five steps just before this step again if the measurement is not in the limits of the tolerance.

 (5)  Make sure on the EICAS ECS maintenance page that PTC CHANNEL IN CONT
 shows "A" for each pack, and an RAE POSITION indication shows for
 each pack ram air exit door.

 (6)  Close the ram air exit door manually with the Allen wrench until
 there is continuity between the terminals 1 and 3 of the limit
 switch.

 (7)  Make sure the RAE POSITION indication shows 0.85+/-0.03 on the EICAS
 ECS maintenance page.
 (a) If the RAE POSITION indication does not show 0.85+/-0.03, do
 the above steps to adjust the limit switch.

 (8)  Open this circuit breaker on P6 Main Power Distribution panel and
 attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
 (a) 6F35 PACK TEMP CONT A

 (9)  Remove the jumper wires from the electrical connector and the
