2) Make sure the flap indicator bar changes to green color when the TE flaps are extended to the 30-unit position.

Move the flap control lever to the UP detent. 1) Make sure the flap indicator bar changes to magenta color when the flaps start to move. 2) Make sure the flap indicator bar changes to green color when the flaps are in the fully retracted position.
3) Make sure the FLAPS display goes out of view after 15 seconds.
E. Do a Test of the Expanded Flaps Display

(1)
Do this test of the indicating system:
(a)
Make sure the flap control lever is in the UP detent and the flaps are fully retracted.
(b)
Open these circuit breakers and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags.
1) On the main power distribution panel P6 a) 6E5 PRIMARY LE FLAPS CONTROL GROUP B AC
(c)
Move the flap control lever to the 5-unit detent. 1) Make sure the multiple flap-primary FLAPS display shows on the main EICAS. 2) Make sure the flap indicator bars show in magenta color when the TE flaps start to move.
3) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to green color when the TE flaps extend to the 5-unit position and the LE flaps are fully extended.
(d)
Move the flap control lever to the 10-unit detent. 1) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to magenta color when the TE flaps start to move.
2) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to green color when the TE flaps are extended to the 10-unit position.
(e)
Move the flap control lever to the 20-unit detent.
1) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to magenta color when the TE flaps start to move.

Move the flap control lever to the 25-unit detent. 1) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to magenta color when the TE flaps start to move.
2) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to green color when the TE flaps are extended to the 25-unit position.
(g)
Move the flap control lever to the 30-unit detent. 1) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to magenta color when the TE flaps start to move.
2) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to green color when the TE flaps are extended to the 30-unit position.
(h)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
1) On the P6 panel: a) 6E5 PRIMARY LE FLAP CONTROL GROUP B AC
(i)
Move the flap control lever to the UP detent. 1) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to magenta color when the TE flaps start to move.
2) Make sure the flap indicator bars change to green color when the TE and LE flaps are in the fully retracted position.
3) Make sure the FLAPS display goes out of view after 15 seconds.
