Install the washers (9) and the screws (8) on the current transformer
(10) and tighten them.

Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(5)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(6)
Connect the electrical connector (11) to the current transformer (10).
(7)
Install the cables (3) and (4), the washers (2) and the nuts (1) on the studs of the terminal block (5) and tighten them.
NOTE : Make sure that the location of the cables agrees with that you

recorded at the removal.
(8) Install the cover (7) and the screws (6) on the terminal block (5). Tighten the screws (6).

Install the washers (2) and the screws (3) on the current transformer
(1) and tighten them.
(2)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(3)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(4)
Connect the electrical connector (4) to the current transformer (1).
(5)
Connect the bars (6) to the studs of the contactor (5).
(6)
Install the washers (7) and the nuts (8) on the studs of the contactors (5) and tighten them.

Put the disconnected cables through the current transformer (1). NOTE : Make sure that the location and the color of the cables of
____ each bundle agree with those you recorded at the removal.
(2)
Move the current transformer (1) along the cable bundles.
(3)
Install the washers (2) and the screws (3) on the current transformer
(1) and tighten them.
(4)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(5)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(6)
Connect the electrical connector (4) to the current transformer (1).
(7)
Install new cable ties.
(8)
Connect the cables (6) and (7) to the studs of the contactors (5).
(9)
Install the washers (8) and the nuts (9) on the studs of the contactor (5) and tighten them.
(10)
Connect the cables (10) to the studs of the contactor (5).
(11)
Install the washers (11) and the screws (12) on the studs of the contactor (5) and tighten them.
(12)
FOR 42XU3 In the rear panel 120VU, connect the related cables to the pin 2 of the circuit breakers connected to the AC BUS 1 busbar 1XP.

FOR 42XU4 In the rear panel 120VU, connect the related cables to the pin 2 of the circuit breakers connected to the AC BUS 2 busbar 2XP.

Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

Connect the electrical connector (4) to the current transformer (1).
(5)
Connect the bars (7) to the studs of the modules 29XN and 30XN1 (30XN2).
(6)
Install the washers (8) and the screws (9) on the studs of the modules 29XN and 30XN1 (30XN2).
(7)
TORQUE the screws (9) to between 0.73 and 0.81 m.daN (64.60 and 71.68 lbf.in).
