A0031 MERGER OPERATIONS – TRANSITION PERIOD
a. The transition period of merger operation will be effective starting from_______________ to
the date of completion of the merging process and operate under one Operation Specification. During
this period, Controlling Certificate Holder’s Name) must ensure that the companies gradually transfer
from operating under their individual OpSpec to (Controlling Certificate Holder’s Name)’s OpSpec, in
accordance with the CAAC approved transition plan.
b. During the transition period, merger operations should be done according to aircraft type. At
the beginning of the transitioning phase, each airline should operate under their individually CAAC
approved OpSpec. Upon completion of one aircraft type merger operation process, CAAC will revised
relevant paragraphs in (Controlling Certificate Holder’s Name) associated OpSpec, operations of the
same type aircrafts should be conducted according to (Controlling Certificate Holder’s Name). Upon
completion of the merger operation process for all aircraft types, all operations must be conducted
based on (Controlling Certificate Holder’s Name) OpSpec. All previously approved OpSpec for (Non-
Controlling Certificate Holder’s Name) will be deemed invalid with immediate effect.
c. Work schedule in various critical areas in the Merger Operations Plan for different aircraft type
during the transition period:
(1) Planned and actual, start and completion dates for Aircraft Types that require merger
operations.

Note: Technical Information/Data includes Airplane Flight Manual, Flight Crew Operating Manual,
Training Program, Checklist, MEL/CDL etc. and all relevant aircraft documents. All manuals must
include a Chinese version.
(3) Planned and actual, start and completion date for all flight operations personnel’s training
base on the new manuals and training program.

A0035 SCHEDULED PASSENGER HELICOPTER OPERATIONS
a. The certificate holder is authorized to conduct the following scheduled passenger helicopter
operations under CCAR -135:
(1) Scheduled passenger operations using helicopters certificated under the Transport Category
A requirements of CCAR -29 provided these operations are conducted within the areas of en route
operations described in paragraph B0039 of these operations specifications and using only the
airports authorized in operations specification paragraph H0039.
(2) Scheduled passenger operations using helicopters certificated or operated other than as
described in paragraph a.(1) above. These operations shall be conducted only over the "restricted
