A0065 SINGLE PILOT-IN-COMMAND OPERATOR
a. The certificate holder is authorized (in accordance with the deviation provisions of CCAR -135
Sections 135.41(a), 135.347(a), and the conditions and limitations of this paragraph) to conduct
operations as a Single Pilot-in-Command Operator. The certificate holder shall conduct all operations
in accordance with CCAR-135 under the conditions and limitations of this operations specification.
b. The certificate holder shall conduct all operations under CCAR-135 in accordance with the
following deviation limitations and conditions.
(1) An operations manual, as required by CCAR-135 Section 135.43:
(2) Management personnel, as required by CCAR-135 Section 135.27:
(3) An approved pilot training program, as required by CCAR-135 Section 135.347:
c. The certificate holder shall conduct its CCAR-135 operations in accordance with the following
conditions:
(1) The only individual used as pilot-in-command is holder of Airman Certificate Number:

(9) For the above deviations to be effective, they must also be listed in Operations Specifications
A0009.
