D0029 MAINTENANCE AUTHORIZATION FORWET LEASE AIRCRAFT
a. The maintenance authorization for the certificate holder approved wet leased aircraft from lessor
listed hereunder:

b. For the wet leased aircraft identified above which is maintained by the certificate holder, the
certificate holder shall prepare and schedule the maintenance task according to the lessor’s
applicable maintenance program. The lessor shall provide the certificate holder with a copy of the
current publications and documents relating to the lessor's maintenance program, and the
certificate holder shall comply with those publications and documents.
c. The maintenance authorization for the certificate holder approved wet leased aircraft to lessee
listed below:

d. For the wet leased aircraft identified above which is maintained by the lessee, the certificate
holder shall ensure that the lessee prepare and schedule the maintenance task according to the
certificate holder’s applicable maintenance program. The certificate holder shall provide the
lessee with a copy of the current publications and documents relating to the certificate holder’s
maintenance program, and the lessee shall comply with those publications and documents.
e. For the case of sub-paragraph “d”, the certificate holder should develop policies and implement
procedures related to the management of lessee’s maintenance, and shall be included in the
certificate holder's approved manual.
f. For the records of maintenance performed by the lessee on the wet leased aircraft, it shall be
kept by the lessee at the location specified in the wet lease contract and the certificate holder's
manuals.
g. In any situations of the following, the authorization for Maintenance to the concerned wet leased
aircraft in sub-paragraph “a”, “c” will be cancelled:
(4) The concerned part in wet lease arrangement are canceled or altered.

(5) The lessee fails to or unable to prepare and schedule the maintenance tasks according to the
lessor’s maintenance program.
(6) The maintenance organization certificate of whom organization that is responsible for
maintain the wet leased aircraft has been changed, suspended, revoked, or terminated.
(7) While the certificate holder wet lease its aircrafts to the lessee, the certificate holder cannot
effectively implement its policies and implement procedures related to the management of
lessee’s maintenance.
h. The cancellation of the authorization for the wet leased aircraft will result to terminate the
validation of wet leased aircraft operation or impose additional restrictions as necessary.
