D0005 MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT MANUAL
a. The certificate holder is authorized to managing the maintenance of the aircraft in these
Operations Specifications according to the Maintenance Engineering Management Manual listed
hereunder, and the certificate holder shall carry out the manual in practical:

b. The document listed above and any of its revisions only valid after being approved by
CAAC with Stamp and signature on its front cover as well as its List of Effective Pages.
c. Except for sub-paragraph “d”, the specific procedure referred within the document listed
above will be automatically granted acceptance by CAAC, and the certificate holder may
revise it in accordance with the defined procedures. These procedures should also be
carried out by the certificate holder in practical.
d. For the Special Procedure which required approval by CAAC, if not included in the
document listed in above table, it should obtain approval from CAAC separately before
validation.
e. CAAC keep the right of continue to assess and evaluate the document listed above
according to the regulations, as well as to the procedures referred within the document,
and require correcting any deficiencies. The certificate holder shall take proper
corrective action for the deficiencies in timely manner; otherwise, the above approval or
acceptance will result to terminate automatically.
f. The termination of the approval or acceptance to the document listed above or any of its
referred procedures will result to terminate the validation of Certificate Holder’s
operation specifications or impose additional restrictions as necessary.
