b. The documents listed above and any of its revisions only valid after being approved by CAAC
with stamp and signature on its front cover as well as its List of Effective Pages.
c. Unless within the conditions and restrictions specified in the documents listed above, the
certificate holder is not allowed to dispatch the aircraft according to the documents listed above.
d. If the certificate holder couldn’t effectively control the rectify of in-operated equipments or items
according to the requirements of CAAC after dispatching an aircraft in accordance with the
documents listed above, then the aircraft with in-operated equipments or items will not allowed
for continue operation.
e. CAAC keep the right of continue assess and evaluate to the document listed above according to
the regulations, and require correcting any deficiencies. The certificate holder shall take proper
corrective action for the deficiencies in timely manner; otherwise, the above approval will result to
terminate automatically.
f. CAAC keep the right of terminate the approval of the document listed above if abuse is evident.
g. The termination of approval to the document listed above will result to the certificate holder not
allowed to operate aircraft with in-operated equipments or items.
h. The certificate holder is restricted to dispatch the aircraft in according to the document listed
above for any aircraft which is not listed as applicable.

D0017 MAINTENANCE PROGRAM CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENT
a. The certificate holder is authorized to maintain its operated aircrafts according to the
maintenance program of contractor's with contractual arrangement listed hereunder, and the
certificate holder shall prepare and schedule the maintenance tasks for each aircraft in
accordance with the applicable maintenance program of contractor's.

b. The certificate holder shall ensure that each component, system, and structure unique to its
aircraft is accounted for in the contractor's maintenance program.
c. For the aircraft which the contractor's has developed the reliability program, the applicable
aircraft of certificate holder identified in the table above should be included in the contractor's
fleet for the purpose of that program, and the certificate holder should join it’s reliability
management system.
d. The certificate holder shall adhere to the same maintenance procedural guidelines specified in
the contractor's maintenance program.
e. The contractor shall provide the certificate holder with a current copy of the publications and
documents relating to the contractor's maintenance program, and the certificate holder should
comply with those publications and documents.
f. The certificate holder should develop policies and implement procedures related to the contract
management, including period evaluation for the compliance of above requirement, and shall be
included in the certificate holder's approved manual.
g. In any situations of the following, the authorization for Maintenance Program Contractual
Arrangement will be cancelled:
(1) The contractual arrangements are canceled or altered.
(2) The contractor ceases to provide the contracted service for any reason.
(3) The contractor's certificate is amended, suspended, revoked, or terminated.
(4) The certificate holder cannot effectively implement its policies and implement procedures
related to the contract management.
h. The cancellation of the authorization for Maintenance Program Contractual Arrangement
will result to terminate the validation of the certificate holder’s operation specifications or
impose additional restrictions as necessary.
