d. For the sub-parts or sub-items that do not have specific time intervals of its inspection task in the

f. In the event of a reasonable unforeseen circumstance, which result the maintenance task

should be in the scope of limitations specified by CAAC, and report to CAAC.
g. When the implementation of additional inspection tasks called for either by aircraft or its
component manufacturer, or by CAAC, the certificate holder shall comply with it. If the additional
inspections task is repetitive inspection, it should be updated into the documents listed above;
otherwise, the above approval will result to terminate automatically.
h. The termination of approval to the document listed above will result to terminate the validation of
the certificate holder’s operation specifications or impose additional restrictions as necessary.

the regulations, as well as to its implementation procedures and standards, and require
correcting any deficiencies. The certificate holder shall take proper corrective action for the
deficiencies in timely manner; otherwise, the above approval will result to terminate
automatically.
