 A. Installation of the APU Fuel LP-Switch 5030QM
 (1)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (2)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Make sure that the union (3) has no damage.
 If necessary replace the union (3):

 (a) Remove the union (3) and remove and discard the 0-rings (12).

 (b)
 Apply the new O-rings (12) with a thin layer of SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-077) and put them in position on the union (3).

 (c)
 Put the union (3) in position in the FCU and rotate as necessary to align the slot of the union-bracket with the mounting stud (11).

 (d)
 Install the nut (10).

 (e)
 TORQUE the nut (10) to 0.45 m.daN (39.82 lbf.in).

 (f)
 Safety the union (3) to the FCU with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

 (4)
 Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.

 (5)
 Apply the new O-rings (12) with a thin layer of lubricant. Put them in their position in the banjo head of the APU fuel LP switch (1).

 (6)
 Installation of the APU fuel LP switch: CAUTION : YOU MUST USE TWO WRENCHES AND HOLD THE COMPONENT WHEN YOU

_______ REMOVE/INSTALL THE PIPE COUPLINGS AND/OR UNIONS. THIS PREVENTS DAMAGE TO THE COMPONENT.
 (a)
 Put the APU fuel LP switch (1) in position on the union (3) and install the union assy (5).

 (b)
 TORQUE the union assy (5) to between 4.85 and 5.31 m.daN (35.76 and 39.15 lbf.ft).

 (c)
 Safety the union (3) and the union assy (5) together with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010) .

 (7)
 Attach the APU vent and drain valve (8) to the union assy (5).

 (8)
 TORQUE the nut (4) to between 5 and 5.5 m.daN (36.87 and 40.56
 lbf.ft).

 (9)
 Safety the nut (4) and the two other nuts of the APU vent and drain valve (8) together with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

 (10)
 Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector.

 (11)
 Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.

 (12) Connect the electrical connector (2) to the APU fuel LP switch (1).
 (13) Remove the container. R **ON A/C 051-099, 106-149, 211-299, 301-399, 401-499,

 A. Installation of the APU Fuel LP-Switch 5030QM
 (1)
 Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (2)
 Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.

 (3)
 Make sure that the union (3) has no damage.
 If necessary replace the union (3):

 (a)
 Remove the union (3) and remove and discard the 0-ring (6).

 (b)
 Apply the new O-ring (6) with a thin layer of lubricant SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-077) and put it in position on the union (3).

 (c)
 Install the union (3).

 (d)
 TORQUE the union (3) to between 4.85 and 5.31 m.daN (35.76 and

 39.15 lbf.ft).
 (e) Safety the union (3) with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).

 (4)
 Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends.

 Installation of the APU fuel LP switch: CAUTION : YOU MUST USE TWO WRENCHES AND HOLD THE COMPONENT WHEN YOU
