(25) Close the line blocks (35) and tighten the captive bolts.
(26) Tighten the captive screws on the flip-lock clamps (5).

(27) On the top left side of the engine, connect the electrical connectors 4100KS-A and 4100KS-B to the thrust reverser junction box. Tighten the connectors with your hand plus one-eighth turn.
(28) Attach the harness (30) to the bracket with the clamp (50) and the bolt (45).
(29) TORQUE the bolt (45) to between 20 and 25 lbf.in (0.22 and 0.28
m.daN).
(30) Put the harness into the flip-lock clamps (5) and tighten the captive screws.

A. Installation of the Thrust Reverser (Channel A and B) Harness
NOTE : For the recommended procedure for the installation of the wire
____
harness (Ref. TASK 70-60-00-910-041).
NOTE : To tighten the flip-lock clamps and line blocks, turn the captive
____ screws or captive bolts 1/4 turn clockwise to engage the cam nuts.
(1) Remove the protective covers from the electrical connectors on the harness (30), the hydraulic control unit, and the thrust reverser junction box.
(2) Put the electrical harness (30) in position on the engine.
(3) Connect the electrical connectors 4101KS-A, 4101KS-B and 4102KS-A to the hydraulic control unit. Tighten the connectors with your hand plus one-eighth turn.
(4) Put the harness for connector 4101KS-B into the clip on the HCU.

(5) Put the electrical harness (30) into the rubber supports and the flip-lock clamps (5), (10) and (40).
(6) Put the rubber supports in the line blocks (35).
(7) Attach the junction box part of the harness (30) to the bracket with the bolts (25), the washers (20) and the nuts (15).
(8) TORQUE the nuts (15) to between 20 and 25 lbf.in (0.22 and 0.28 m.daN).
(9) Connect the electrical connectors 4003VC, 4004VC, 4006VC and 4007VC to the junction box. Tighten the connectors with your hand plus one-eighth turn.
(10) Make sure that the harness (30) is correctly installed on the engine.

(11) Close the line blocks (35) and tighten the captive bolts.

R (13) Put the electrical harness (30) into the rubber support and flip-lock R clamps (5).
R (14) Put the rubber support in the line block (35).
R (15) Put the bolts and clamps (12) and (42) on the electrical harness (30) R and install on the engine brackets.
R (16) Put the bolts, anti-rotation lug and clamps (37) on the electrical R harness (30) and install on the engine brackets.
R (17) Attach the junction box part of the harness (30) to the bracket with R the bolts (25), the washers (20) and the nuts (15).
R (18) TORQUE the nuts (15) to between 20 and 25 lbf.in (0.22 and 0.28 m.daN).
R (19) Connect the electrical connectors 4003VC, 4004VC, 4006VC and 4007VC R to the junction box. Tighten the connectors with your hand plus R one-eighth turn.
R (20) Make sure that the harness (30) is correctly installed on the engine.
R (21) TORQUE the bolts (12) and (42) to between 25 and 30 lbf.in (0.28 and R 0.33 m.daN).
R (22) TORQUE the bolts (37) to between 25 and 30 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.33 R m.daN).
R (23) Close the line blocks (35) and tighten the captive bolts.
