 (19) Make sure that the harness (5) is correctly installed on the engine.

 (20) Close the line blocks (35) and (50) and tighten the captive bolts.

 (21) Put the harness (5) into the rubber supports of the line blocks (10) near the top LH side of the engine. (Ref. Fig. 417/TASK 71-51-43-991-320)

 (22) Put the rubber supports in the line blocks (10) at station 174.

 (23) Make sure that the harness (5) is correctly installed on the engine.

 (24) Close the line blocks (10) and tighten the captive bolts.

 (25) Install the bolt and clamps (22) that attach the harness (5) at station 176.

 (26) Install the bolt and clamps (27) that attach the harness (5) to the bracket at station 185.

 (27) Install the nuts, bolts and clamps (32) that attach the harness (5) to the brackets at station 191.

 (28) Install the harness (5) into the flip-lock clamp (30) at station 191 and tighten the captive bolt.

 (29) Install the bolt and clamp (37) that attach the harness (5) to the bracket at station 191.

 (30) Install the bolt, clamps and anti-rotation lug (38) that attach the harness (5) to the bracket at station 199. (Ref. Fig. 417/TASK 71-51-43-991-320)

 (31) Put the harness (5) into the rubber supports of the line block (35) at station 191 and the two line blocks (50) at station 199.

 (32) If removed, put the rubber supports in the line blocks (35) and (50).

 (33) Make sure that the harness (5) is correctly installed on the engine.

 (34) Close the line blocks (35) and (50) and tighten the captive bolts.

 (35) TORQUE the bolts (22), (27), (32), (37) and (38) to between 25 and 30 lbf.in (0.28 and 0.33 m.daN).

 (36) Put the clamps (55) on the harness (5). Attach the clamps to the brackets at station 199 with the bolts (40).

 (37) Put the clamp (55) on the harness (5). Attach the clamp to the bracket on tube flange with the bolt (40).

 (38) Put the clamp (55) on the harness (5). Attach the clamp to the bracket at fuel control flange with the bolt (60).

 (39) Put the clamp (55) on the harness (5). Attach the clamp to the bracket on gearbox with the bolts (40) and nut (65).

 (40) TORQUE the bolts (40) and (60) and the nut (65) to between 20 and 25 lbf.in (0.22 and 0.28 m.daN).

 (41) Connect the electrical connector 4000WD2-A to the fire detector loop

 B.

 (42) Examine the harness installation and make sure that the flip-lock clamps and the line blocks are installed correctly.

 (1) Remove the protective covers from the electrical connectors.

 (2) Put the electrical harness (5) in position on the engine.

 (3) Connect the electrical connector 409VC-A to the pylon junction box. (Ref. Fig. 417A/TASK 71-51-43-991-320-A)

 (4) Put the harness (5) into the rubber supports of the line blocks (10) and the flip-lock clamp (15) on the top RH side of the engine.

 (5) Make sure that the harness (5) is correctly installed on the engine.

 (6) Tighten the flip-lock clamp (15) captive screw.

 (7) Put the rubber supports in the line blocks (10). Close the line blocks and tighten the captive bolts.
